I really would like to leave negative stars!! Placed my order December 6th for a ready to ship item. Never received items. No legitimate responses from her. Asked for a full refund. Over $100… ha she responded 3 days later with it shipped. No tracking number.. no response after. Don’t buy from her!!! Scammer!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered July 7, still never received anything. I emailed 2 weeks later to see if there was any progress and they said they’d ship that same week. I kept emailing for updates since I hadn’t received anything and I got no response after that.

If I could give less than one star I would. Horrible business. I placed and paid for my order in June. It’s October now & I still don’t have my item. I have emailed twice & was told that there was a delay on shipping. I was told I could request a refund. I allowed for the shipping delay & did not request a refund at that time. It’s October now & I requested my refund because I don’t want to wait anymore. Now they are being non-responsive.

They really get no stars from me! Ordered in June and her it is October 8th and nothing! At first I received a kind email response when I contacted them for an update. I was told orders would start going out the end of August and apologized for the delay. Now no hoddie and no response to the many emails I have sent. This was a birthday gift for my 13 year old granddaughter who begged me to order from this company. She loves Spiderman and still hoping the hoodie will come. Shame on the company!! Destroying children's dreams and shattering trust in small business!

Same situation. Ordered in June my Gwen Hoodie,
Kept telling me over email that they would be shipping by the end of the month. Will probably not get a refund even though I’ve requested one.

So sad, do not buy from them.

*Sigh* Y'all I really wanted this hoodie. I ordered a Miles Morales hoodie that looked incredible as a graduation gift for myself. When I tell you I was SO EXCITED. 2 weeks passed. Then 4. Then 6. I ordered on June 17th and it's October 3rd. I'm sending an email every day but I truly just really want this hoodie. AND THE THING IS IT'S SUCH A GOOD SCAM BECAUSE THE EMAILS GENUINELY SOUND LIKE A YOUNG KIND WOMAN. I just have no respect for trendy threads embroidery. They have decreased my trust in small businesses and that's part of the reason I supported them. It always feels great to support small food and clothing companies that may need business more than anything. People like this who ruin it for everyone are simply subpar human beings.

got scammed. they kept saying that the hoodie would be shipped every time i emailed them, and that it would be shipped at the end of the month. they’ve stopped replying to my emails and have taken down all their socials. i was told it would take 6 weeks to be made and shipped, i kept emailing them (leaving about a month between each email) and every time, saying that it would be shipped in a few weeks

My order never came always delayed it kept saying it’s coming this month and never came. First said shipping will take three weeks, then said six weeks, after the eighth week absolutely nothing and was told my jumper will be shipped by the end of the month (never did) and then proceeds to say that it will be shipped in this month. Completely unprofessional and was quite disrespectful with my complaint!! If I could give negative start reviews I would!
