Tom and his team gave us excellent advice when we wanted our garden and driveway turned into parking. An excellent job resulted, the team worked extremely hard and completed the very large job within 5 days. Perfectionist attitude to the work and willingness to make alterations when requested. We could not have expected or hoped for better, a thoroughly expert team. Thank you

We’ve had our old driveway replaced with a new tarmac driveway, excellent service from the the guys at Trent valley, very meticulous in everything that they do, cleaned up at the end of each day and they pressure cleaned the whole road on completion, great, reliable service 👍

We just had Trent valley paving replace our tired old concrete driveway, first point of contact was Frank he came round to quote, he measured the drive, and we spoke about what we wanted, and our expectations then I was handed a written quote and work commenced 4 weeks later, the guys were brilliant from start to finish. They started at 7:30 and finished late in the evening, a nice polite team of guys nothing was to much trouble, we’re now left with a beautiful block paved driveway that’s totally transformed the front of our house, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to family and friends they are also doing two more driveways on my street so they’re definitely doing something right!!

Tom and his team recently replaced my old concrete drives with blocked paving. 4 days work and it was completed, discussed and agreed specifics beforehand, written quote received, work carried out smoothly and efficiently. Any minor alterations discussed and agreed with Tom, just had a brief chat with him at the start of each day and left him to it. Very pleased with the finished product, has transformed the front of the house.

A quiet Sunday afternoon knock at the door - turned out to be Tom (@trentvalleypaving) simply a no hassle enquiry (as he was passing) to ascertain what I was wishing to achieve with my unfinished driveway ?? (Edgings in - Blocked up and hardcore in and whackered down...but unfinished/un-topped and generally looking a bit sorry for itself) - so I shared the journey so far...all that I'd done up til now and the nothing'ness since lockdown !! - he said "we can do that for you" + gave me a really competitive quote and a time frame of 10 days max for completion...(ten days from this 1st point of contact! wow...) Ok initial concerns, price hikes to the living costs and the Xmas factor all playing a part (also that ever-increasing need to get things done and keep things moving forward too) so I told him I'd muse it over and get straight back to him soon?- me and the other half then discussed it through all afternoon and I then made the communication that we wished to proceed... Tom called me immediately - we shared contact info and finalized the plans,the procedures and covered all the details of what was wanted and he gave us tips, experience and his knowing and he then went saying - I'll forward you all the details.... He must of drafted up the contracts that very evening , and sure enough next day via an email/pdf file - which was to be 'home-printed off'and then only needing to be signed and returned with a deposit to secure the job).
....merely a couple days later - (after securing the transfer of funding from one account to another and finally removing a family members old vehicle that had been stored on the drive) - I had Tom come over, we chatted some more, signed the contracts...(exchanged the deposit) and the very next day the team came over 1st thing... did all the work as agreed + left... (exactly on the nineth day!!) and a delightfully rejuvenated driveway greeted me when I got home from work, In all honestly I was slightly apprehensive and very nervous about it (praying it really wasn't a scam...as I handed over the deposit and newly signed contract...**wondering if I'd ever see the drive done or even him again?)
... well hands up 🙌 any doubts were soon dismissed when I received notification from Tom the very next day that "they were onsite and work was now commencing" - and true to form by late on that afternoon I had received a video from my partner (they'd just cleared the site, tooled up and left) and she was enthusiastically showing all me the work and how well it had turned out....
All I can really say is - they are without doubt everything you'd expect and a little more... Level, honest and very easy going.... We're delighted with the whole experience and seriously chuffed with what has been created in such a short time frame... Well Done and a BIG 'Thank You' to Tom and his Team - details have now been made for the finalizing payment tomorrow and to sign-off as a great job brilliantly done ✅ 👍 (hence the tenth day!!!)
*interestingly.... a neighbour further down - was more than suitably impressed with the elegance of their work + professionalism..... that they now have another driveway project incoming very soon - and quite rightly so....👏🏆absolutely perfect outcome in every way possible.... Top notch lads !!!! Wholeheartedly recommended... ❤️👍😃👌

They worked fast and did a good job, but asked for payment before finishing the work. After I paid they left the job unfinished and stopped accepting calls.

They laid a brick path but failed to seal it as promised, and the sanding was perfunctory.

They laid new lawn turf, but the turf was meadow grass, not lawn grass as specified. The preparation was totally inadequate and now it needs a heavy roller.

Mainly, they have no office premises. They just use an independent answering service for landline calls. When they refused mobile calls and did not respond to landline calls there was no way to contact them.

My new drive is almost finished and I am very pleased with the result. The workmanship seems first class and it is a fine improvement to the property. Work started on 14th December but has been slightly delayed by the weather and work on other sites. The workmen have been conscientious, tidy and friendly. Hopefully the weather will improve to allow a speedy conclusion of the project.
