Trentvalley windows provided an excellent service, however we had a problem with the rendering as the plasterer was unable to get down one side of the orangery to do the rendering there we had to request that it be waterproofed. Everything else was completed to a very high standard. Really pleased with the finished building.

I loved it that there was no pressure selling.Alan left a good quote and left us to get in touch if we wished to go ahead .
From start to finish I was pleased with the work and after sales service.

Service we received from Alan who came and quoted and talked us through all our options was second to none. TV weren't the cheapest quote we got, but after being recommended by a friend and feeling confident in him, we went ahead. He even helped consult with us on which way the door should open, and was mindful of small details about our very compact entryway which we would have otherwise been clueless about.

There was a delay in the date being confirmed for the door being fitted , which seemed to be quickly rectified when I chased.

We also had an issue with a missing door knocker, which was again quickly resolved once I put energy into chasing.

We are really pleased with our new front door in the end, but the couple of small 'bumps' along the way did take the edge of me giving five stars.

I would urge Trent Valley to just communicate a bit more proactively and maybe with the same level of warmth and care AFTER placing the order as we felt at the very beginning of the process. We aren't unhappy by any means.

Brilliant Service
Can’t fault the service received from Trent Valley. The fitters did a brilliant job, leaving no mess.

Used Trent Valley Windows to replace an arched window with bevel and leading.
Was good to get the design and quote. The window quality is excellent and the fitting was good.
The delivery took far longer than expected which was disappointing. Other than that I am really pleased with it.

Very good service throughout. The work was carried out as agreed and the workmen were really polite and helpful and made minimal mess throughout the installations. We had a couple of issues with windows and installation but they were resolved quickly with no fuss or bother.

Trent Valley Windows did a great job replacing our windows. Competitive pricing from the start. The mark of a great company is how they react when things go wrong. When a surprise structural issue came up, the boss came straight to site to discuss our options. In the end the fitter solved the problem with a little ingenuity and the job was finished without adding to the cost.
Everyone on the team was super friendly and professional. I would recommend Trent Valley to anyone.

Really impressed with TVW from the initial meet with the sales rep to when the fitter did the work. The fitter arrived as promised on time & completed the work within specified timescales. Everything was left clean & tidy as if he'd never been there & I was kept fully informed throughout the job. Quick and efficient. Good lines of communication between the initial request for work to be done, the first home visit to measure up and then the day of the work and then the final payment. Friendly phone staff and competent and efficient installers, ready to go the extra mile to leave all as it should be, not cutting corners.

Scott and his team were very knowledgeable, and kept us informed of their progress throughout the day's works. Saved us £450 on original price, but that was down to surveyors errors. Also we weren't informed the bath would HAVE to come out for the work to be done. So we ended up at 7.30 in the morning, after a late shift the previous night, taking out our bath before the fitters arrived.

We recently had a door and windows fitted by Trent Valley. We are very pleased with the finished work. We did experience some problems with the fitting of the door but Trent Valley were excellent at sorting out the issues and refitting the door to our satisfaction very quickly. We have already placed another order with them.

We have recently had a new front door in our 200 year old cottage . Everything went to plan and it looks fabulous .We are currently in the middle of a lockdown and a pandemic and l could not fault the service. Thankyou Trent Valley hope all your staff stay well .

We would definitely recommend Trent Valley Windows, we had a new kitchen window and back door fitted, and a new pane in our conservatory. We had a couple of teething problems but they came out to rectify the matter very promptly. We are extremely pleased with the finished result and wouldn’t hesitate to contact them if we needed more work to be carried out.

So, so disappointed by this company, particularly when we had a good experience previously and was the reason we came back for another one of our windows to be replaced.

This time, our window installation took 4 attempts over a period of 2 months due to damage to the frame which had to be rectified, and Trent Valley’s surveyor getting the measurements wrong so the window was not what we ordered.

It took TV over 2 months and 3 further visits to rectify the issues. During that time we were left with a poorly sealed frame so we could hear every little noise from outside (particularly annoying when we had ordered noise reduction glass), and in the midst of winter it was cold in our house as a result of Trent Valley’s negligence.

Their customer service was appalling; we were left having to chase them and I even had the phone hung up on me because the woman on the other end couldn’t hack all of the complaints she was getting. Perhaps if you don’t want to deal with complaints then Trent Valley should sort their s**t suppliers out and actually deliver on the quality products and service that they promise, and not leave their customers waiting for a resolution and having to chase and escalate due to poor issue management and customer service. Either that or learn some empathy so you can understand why customers get annoyed with you when you leave them with something no better than a hole in the front of their house for a month, and having to patch up plaster work that you didn’t because your fitter “wasn’t told it needed doing so don’t have anything on the van to repair it”.

I will never be going back to Trent Valley again, which is a shame for them considering we have 6 more windows and a front door to replace...

We recently ordered some Patio doors from Trent Valley windows. Due to Covid-19 there was a delay in these being made by their supplier, unfortunately we had to chase for updates to understand what was happening. Following a conversation with the MD we then received regular updates as to what was happening and once the doors did arrive they came to fit them within 2 days. The installation was good and they cleared any mess created.
