Shocking experience
Shocking experience, never sent the item ignored my emails and after I set a case up on PayPal cancelled the sale. Just don’t bother it’s not worth it, look at the reviews and they always seem to have an excuse!

Nightmare service ongoing. DO NOT BUY.
Nightmare service just an email saying it's not been sent but happy to take just shy of £180 out of my Paypal.
Now opening up a dispute after nobody on the end of the phone on the internet sales, useless shop staff saying the refund is on the way and no follow up and no reply to emails or phone calls.
No explanation and after reading comments below from Triads no remorse will come if you want the emails from yourself where you haven't replied and the phone call logs you don't answer then ask away at least I'll deliver which is more than yourselves.
Update: thanks for the refund after the mess about so I can't complain too much, only human I suppose! 2 stars 🌟

All round worst shopping experience. Terrible!

Hi Craig Thompson As you know your local DPD Glasgow depot claimed to have delivered your parcel they then went back collected your parcel & redelivered it you are still claiming its undelivered so we are dealing with your depot in Glasgow as you live there to resolve this. So sorry you had to resort to a forum to neg ourselves while not mentioning any issues with DPD. We will get his resolved as promised & thank you for your understanding With Best wishes always

I was lucky because there were some items left even though other stores were sold out.
The downside is that you didn't send me the tracking number.
I wanted to know the tracking number because it is an international delivery service, but I have contacted the customer many times to ask for the tracking number, but I have not received a reply.

Regarding the tracking number, we're working on this. Currently, we don't provide tracking info as a standard, but we understand its importance, especially for international deliveries. We're looking into the possibility of incorporating it for future orders.

Great service
I couldn’t find the Ugg boots I wanted in stock anywhere. When I saw them on Triads I was worried it might be a fake company as I had never heard of it. But they kept me informed of the progress of my purchase and the boots arrived within a few days. Great service
