My seedlings arrived quickly and well packaged. The more prickly of the two was in a cardboard sleeve which not only protected it in transit, but allowed me to save my fingers whilst potting up.

Byron was also super-responsive to my questions and didn't make me feel silly for asking about the basics.

The little cacti were impeccably packaged and arrived safely and swiftly. I appreciated that no plastic was used in their packaging and it was all card and shredded paper that was used to protect them. Byron was great, and there was an extra plant peep in the box, which was a wonderful surprise.

The plants arrived very well packaged, and were very good quality and could see been well cared for.

I've made a couple of purchases from Trichocereus UK always received a great service. Speedy and efficient handling of the purchase and the packaging the cactus arrive in is more than adequate for it's purpose. I've messaged Byron at Trichocereus UK with a couple of queries, as I am a newbie and he has always had a quick response and a satisfactory answer. My queries have led to a bit of chat back and forwards which is always good.... Very obviously loves his cactus and a sense of humour..... Hard to find some places these days lol.

I recieved my Pachanoi and Williamsii and they were high quality and well packaged cacti, I'm very happy with them and was super happy to see a little flower on one of my williamsii! There was a little mishap with Royal Mail where they took a very long time to come (even though they were sent with 24hr tracked) throughout this time, Byron was very communicative and even sat on the phone with them a few times trying to get my parcel to me, even helped to squash my fretting over their health and offered to replace them if they became etiolated (which thankfully they didnt) it's clear they care about their customers and the cacti they're sending, I'll definitely be purchasing from them again!

Sent me 4 separate emails in the space of a week asking me to leave a review, you should really chill with this, once is enough. If someone doesn't leave a review respect their decision rather than hounding them.
