Awesome Product Range
I've used NP for a good few years now. They make is easy to find the products that will match my hair type and access brands that were hard to find in the UK.
What would make this a 5-star review? Please consider changing the packaging from polystyrene peanuts. I don't think they are great for the environment and it makes each delivery feel like a lucky dip. I have to check the order slip to make sure I'm not forgetting any sample sizes in the box.

We did reach out via email but we wanted to reassure you that our void fill (peanuts) is made from 100% recycled material and is fully degradable, designed to be a more environmentally friendly option. It can be dissolved easily under hot water, which helps reduce waste.
