Disappointed
The past five years have gone very well with Tri-Eagle…. However, recent increases in our bill are outrageous. We keep our AC set pretty high (75-77) on a regular basis. We were out of town for two weeks with everything turned off / unplugged except one lamp, our Ring cameras and the AC (set at 82). Our bill was over $240!! We also recvd a message that we needed to expect even nigher charges for the upcoming week — again we are out of town, with very little electricity usage, and we’re being told our bill will be as high or higher!! I’m in real estate and I have been recommending Tri-Eagle to clients and friends alike. I now feel compelled to tell clients what happens after signing up with Tri-Eagle.
We’re very disappointed and will be transferring companies soon as we can.

I have been a customer of TriEagle Energy for over 9 years. Their rates remain stable and do not increase during the term. They are easy to contact and will provide you with all of the available options. They do not try to up sell you or charge you to talk to any department
Potential 5 star customer
Billing problem the last 4 years that customer service refused to fix is no longer in practice
That saves me money.
A few dollars most months is important as I am on fixed income.
Your new automation phone pay system is great, very user friendly 👍.
The only reason this is not five stars is because customer service reps are too wordy (to many words) and speak too fast.
Don't mind the accent just slow down and use less words.
I worked customer service for years. Retired eight years.
Still see customers that say they miss me.
