Tri Eagle is the best electric company I have ever had. Hands down.

I haven't had any issues with this company. No outrageous bills.

Excellent customer service; no power interruptions; being recognized as a valued customer, availability of multiple energy plans; detailed and transparent pricing feature of the monthly bill.

Energy rate need to be revised to remain competitive enough as many more energy companies are entering the energy market.

These folks truly care for their customers! I love them...the guy i was connected with even actually laughed at my attempted joke!! Very through and never condiscending, it's such a refreshing atmosphere.

I have had Trieagle Energy for years and they were great up up until the past couple of years. Now the customer service is lousy and they will not address your concern or solve a problem unless you give them your Driver's License number or your Social Security number and I have even been told that I have to send them copies of these documents before they can help. I won't send these documents they can verify the account in other ways... and I've never given them that personal information in the past. Their rate have gone up as well. They have changed their billing address without notifying me until after 2 payments went to the wrong address. They have lost my payment twice that was paid through my bank and wanted to disconnect my service. That is the current problem and the final straw in getting rid of this company for good. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY are HORRID NOW! Most problems I have ever had with an electric company in over 50 years of using electricity.

I appreciate speaking with a person. Rather than a robot. I also appreciated the agent spoke clearly and enunciated well.

Elvis Costello was the chat rep that assisted me. I had made a typo on my enrollment so I contacted via chat to correct it. He was very helpful provided prompt service but let me know the process. What I needed to do on my end and what to expect there after. Very knowledgeable respectful and kind. He’s a keeper.

Friendly and very helpful

I have been a Trieagle customer for around 10 years and I have no desire to switch to another company for a few reasons. 1. Their rates are better than the competition. 2. Their customer service is top notch. 3. When my contract recently expired, I signed a new 36 month contract at a specific rate. A couple of weeks after signing the contract I went on their website and noticed the rate had dropped. I called Trieagle customer service and they let me sign a new 36 month contract at the lower rate. And, I was told that if I see the rate drop even lower, I could call them and they would let me sign a new contract at the lower rate. I hope to be a Trieagle customer for life.
