Nothing but a scam.

Paid my Euro 14.50 for FastPass at Dublin Airport, didn't pay attention to the simple process, was surprised that the QR code was a bit messy, sort of hidden in an email attachment. 24 hours later I get a bank request to pay €79 to sorted.com - it's a total conjob. Grant Thornton run that Fastpass, these guys have hijacked their booking system...and integrated some sort of subscription system.

Edited - following the reply below from Trip-Sorted.com

1 - I initially tried to buy this one time, one use FAST TRACK product from what I thought was the Dublin Airport site not realising that I had stumbled upon the scamming Trip-Sorted site. My credit provider realised it was a scam and blocked the payment. I didn't realise this so I used my personal card - it accepted the transaction. I have since cancelled my business card and blocked my personal card from ever sending funds to Trip-Sorted.
2 - I will tell you why it is a scam. People are looking to buy a one off service, they search online for the service, in my case it was the Grant Thornton Fast Track Dublin Airport. The first offer on my internet search was exactly GRANT THORNTON Fast Track Dublin Airport - and I assumed incorrectly that this was Dublin Airport site. The interface where I had to enter my name, email and number of Fast Track passes was very very very clear - it was selling me exactly what I searched for; a single FAST TRACK pass. Once I entered my username and password and credit card details I felt this was a clear, clean straightforward transaction - but what TRIP SORTED were not telling at any point in the process in clear unadulterated language was that you are not just buying a 1 off FAST TRACK for Dublin airport, you are in fact buying into a subscription service that you had not searched for, not requested details on, not been given details on, not been made aware that in fact there are 2 billing options - monthly or quarterly - which might have raised some suspicions before clicking GO. And further, to cover their back, knowing that 99/100 users will not be aware that they have agreed to a hidden embedded subscription service, they double down on their cheating by claiming to offer you a 3 day trial period during which time you can unsubscribe.......but they are relying on punters like me who don't know that they have subscribed in the first place and they don't tell you send you reminder emails to remind you that you have signed up for a subscription service until that 3 days have passed. At which point the money is removed from your bank.
You then go running to the Trip-Sorted.com website that you have never seen before to find the way to unsubscribe from their service - it's a damn hassle as it seems to be one big AI bot.
You ask them for your money back as you have been scammed - and the bot says no. You ask again, the bot says 20% refund. You say no and that you want a 100% refund, the bot says no. The bot offers 50%. You say no.
It's a pure out and out scam. That my business credit card providers were aware of it tells me so, that Trust Pilot is packed with terrible reviews of Trip Sorted tells me so, that some AI bot is running this smart arsed business is upsetting.
I contacted Grant Thornton to notify them that their service has been hijacked by scammers - they don't care too much as they only sponsor it. I contacted Dublin Airport to tell them, I await to hear back from them.
Bottom line - over time, as more and more people get scammed by Trip Sorted, Trip Sorted will be eventually shut down, but not before a few more suckers like me fall for their trickery.

Stay away from this website

By using their website to pay for a fast track at Stanstead airport they automatically enroll you to a subscription based service for 79gbp. This is a typical scam like service that you are automatically subscribed to...unbeleivable

BIG SCAM!!!

BIG SCAM!!!. They charge you an upfront fee for a servvice (aieport fast track) which you don't even recieve, then they take another £75 from your account without your knowledge or consent. They belong in prison. Do not use this company. They are SCAMERS!

Be careful with this platform!
I had a very disappointing experience with Trip Sorted. The website is designed in a way that makes it very easy to sign up without clearly realizing that you are entering a paid subscription.
I initially thought I was just trying a free service, but I was later charged without being fully aware that a subscription had been activated.
Although they mention a free trial and terms, the way this information is presented is not clear or obvious enough, which can easily mislead users.
After contacting support, they refused a full refund and only offered a partial one.
I strongly recommend that anyone using this platform reads everything very carefully before entering any details. In my opinion, the subscription flow is not transparent and can lead to unwanted charges.
Stay cautious.

Con Booked fast track security ticket for…

Booked fast track security ticket for Birmingham airport, thinking is was Birmingham Airport site, I received an link to pass. This did not work due to 'service wifi' and £6.00 had been taken. A few days later £79.00 was taken from my bank as a subscription had been taken out, but not by me! Avoid this company completely and check if you really are on Birmingham airport site.

Total scam- Please read before using them

Total scam, DO NOT USE and go direct to the airport to book anything. As it's been noted by others, they put you into an annual membership even though you're signing up for a single use/trip (there is literally no clear sign/warning of this as you pay). They then ask for more details after you pay, you hit the link and get a 404 timeout page.. guess what.. no one answers your emails for support. Now the really fun part is when you try and cancel the subscription (I only realised they did this thanks to other reviews on here) it sends you into an endless refresh, I've hit the cancel button and the sign just spins but never cancels.. now I need to call the bank and I will raise this with the trading bodies here in the UK.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I paid £16 for fast track security at an airport last week. This morning I discovered have been charged another £79 for a subscription which I did not sign up for and apparently Trip Sorted can continue to take more money from me without my permission. I have since managed to cancel my "membership" and claimed the money back from my bank - after a lost of hassle!!!

Very misleading website… does not clearly advertise that you are signing up for a 79.00 per quarter subscription fee…. also believe my credit card was scammed as a result of using this company….. approach with considerable caution and based on my experience AVOID !!!!!

Update … just seen response from Trip Sorted … I had already reached out to you… absolutely waste of time and one email refers to me forgoing my right to instigate litigation!!!

Do Not Use. Hidden ongoing charges

Having finally managed to purchase a Fast Track option for 11Euro which was tortuous due to problems accessing the website consistently (stuck in sign on page, page not found, password not recognised, more data required, etc) to my horror i then discover 3 days later i have a transaction for 79Euro on my Bank card.
I can see many people have experienced similar when i look on Trust Pilot. I only wished I'd checked first.
Reviewers are mentioning that to complete the initial transaction, you have to accept some terms. Tucked away in them is an agreement to subscribe every 3 months to Trip Sorted for 71Euros. Absolutely a scam. Shocking how this misleading sale can take place and equally unnerving is the responses from Trip Sorted to the negative ratings.
Summary
11 Euro transaction triggers a 3 monthly 79 euro subscription (because the working is hidden in some terms box well hidden in the process).
There is a get out clause apparently that you are entering a trial and can opt out. The trial last 3 days from your click!
The site is unbelievably ambiguous

Will certainly be pursuing this further

No purchased code, no refund

I was running a little late for my flight, so while in a taxi I purchased Fast Track security to make sure I could get through the airport faster.
However, I never received any code, only prompt asking me to create a password. When I tried to do this, the link led to an error page. I attempted this numerous times, but the same thing kept happening.
The email I received only confirmed my payment. It did not include any code, just the link to create a password, which again resulted in the same error.
In the end, I went through the regular security line. Thankfully it wasn’t busy and I managed to catch my flight.
I later sent a message requesting a refund, but received an email saying they were sorry and that they had sent me the code, so they could not refund the money. To this day, I have never received any code and I still cannot log in, no matter how many times I try or which device I use. They provided an email address for the complaints department if I wanted to pursue the matter further. I decided to leave it, as £10 wasn’t worth the stress.
I thought that’s the end of story few days later, after my trip, they attempted to charge €79 from my bank account. I have never even managed to log in, let alone subscribe to anything. My guess is that when buying a simple one-off Fast Track pass, you are unknowingly signed up for a subscription.

The only positive thing is that their customer service is easy to reach and they reply promptly. Unfortunately, they don’t offer much of a solution. Hopefully, at least my subscription has now been cancelled.

Paid for fast track did not receive the…

Paid for fast track did not receive the fast track .Then they took £79 from my bank I complained they said I was outside the there trial period . But I never received any services from them so can’t see how I entered a trial period Do Not USE THIS COMPANy
If you don’t get the services that is described, there part of the contract is broken ,so a full refund should be given , but you can alway guarantee they will have a excuse
