Oh my - I am yet another person scammed by Trip Sorted. I bought a one time Fast Track pass at Edinburgh airport , which they promoted by a qr link in the airport on the fast track lane, and then three days later I was charged £79 for a subscription because apparently when I agreed to their terms and conditions while buying the fast track pass, there was no email, no confirmation and all the links to you to error pages.
This is obviously a cynical scam by this ‘company’ and having looked at other reviews on here, I’m not the only one who has been scammed.
I will be raising a case with the airport (who currently seem un interested) Trading Standards and I will be disputing the payment with my bank.
PLEASE ALL WATCH OUT AND EDINBURGH AIRPORT - shame on you.

Absolute scam. Not only did fast track passes not come through until too late, the whole point is clearly to get more money from you through hidden subscription fees. Supposedly pride themselves on ‘transparency’ yet refuse to answer why they haven’t changed their advertisement of this hidden subscription despite these numerous reviews all describing the same issue - clearly a trap they aim for people to fall into.

DO NOT USE. Sold me a fast track pass for an airport that didn’t have fast track, €20 down the drain, then tried to spend another €72 euros on my card but thankfully needed approval.

Disaster , paid for it but got no QR code as they had system issues. When I asked for a refund they told me they could not do it as they had paid the airport already!

Scam, don´t fall for their nice responses here either. I bougtht a Fast Track Ticket, that may have been delivered BUT the link they sent leads to a non existing page, I was asked to confirm details, again the link leads into nirvana. The chat function on their page does not work. I wrote an email to ask for assistance, the answer was sent to my profile inbox. It should not surprise you that I CANNOT access that inbox. Total scam. Oh almost forgot, you can input your email on their page to cancel your subscription I am sure you can imagine where the confirmation link lead to. 404

The ‘terms and conditions’ are in minuscule writing and a light grey font under the payment box for the one off item.

I will be raising a case with Trading Standards and I have already disputed the payment with my bank.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

This company shows a very aggressive kind of customer recruitment: you want to try one paid service (10€ for fast access at airport, where they due to smart algorithms appear in google above the airport’s own website), this service doesn’t work as promised, you get refunded and think all is fine, and three days later you have to pay 79€ for a 3 months abonnement you didn’t want nor need. So: be careful and read all small letters, otherwise you pay a lot for something tou neither want nor need!

Scam in that no passes came through and the way they present the opportunities to review at the mid point of the process so as to sucker other individuals .CON

Changed my mind. No response emaild. Scam. I have stopped payment. Response received to review saying they have sent tickets. Gave them a day nothing received. Emailed them. Surprise surprise email bounced back. Complete scammers. Do not touch these people with a barge pole
