It’s been a little of two month now. We booked two tickets to the USA, payments were confirmed by the same company. We waited for the e-tickets they never come only an email of the tickets cancellation asking us to inform our bank for refunds. The bank can’t get hold of them and we have been calling and emailing For weeks with no response, finally two weeks ago we got hold of the supervisor by the name of Jason, he promise that his gone help with refund and he has gone mute 🤐 on us. What can we do this is so frustrating

It’s bullcrap scam company it’s been two months since we booked 2 tickets. Said that they couldn’t issue the tickets and they were going to refund the money but since then no refund has been issued . we called the office in New York we have been talking to a guy called Jason he assured us that he was going to help us get the refund. Now it’s been two weeks he doesn’t answer the phone Calls doesn’t respond to emails. Don’t book tickets with Tripomate it’s a scam!

I book through this agency and the money deducted from my card and they call me and say that payment not captured and not achieved and they cancel booking, big problem, they don’t answer emails, what shall I do

I have made a booking with them 5 days ago and still no ticket whereas in most other sites the ticket is issued immediately. All emails and calls to UAE, US, NZ and Australia go unanswered.

Unless they respond immediately I will call this a scam and report them to the relevant authorities.

It's been 2 days and haven't received the ticket yet.also they are not responding to my emails either.

I booked a ticket for my nephew on October 16th ( order No. 6378 ) , TripoMate asked for ID verification and Credit Card copy that was shared with them immediately , they then charged my card with the full amount and sent an email that the ticket will be emailed in 24 hrs .
Next day , I receive a call from informing me that they couldn't secure the ticket and that my money will be full refunded.
Now , 3 weeks later I still didn't receive my refund !!

Can someone please help me, I just booked a ticket through tripomate but havent recieved any ticket.... I got an email saying it can take upto 24 hours to update my e-ticket

How come my review on 22nd Sep 2019 is not shown in here anymore? I still can see it when logging in trustpilot.com with my account, but if I just view trustpilot as an anonymous viewer then I cannot see that review anymore! There is one review on Sep 21 by Colin Soder and then the next one on Sep 25th by Yazeed Dandashi, but my review on Sep 22nd is just NOT there!!!

Anyway, here I post it again. TRIPOMATE please come in and comment if you see anything incorrect from my comment. Also please confirm the refund for my booking cancellation (order 5277).

As already experienced by other reviewers, after I completed booking and online payment (paid with my credit card) they called me 1-2 hours later and told me that price has increased and that I had to pay 120 USD more to get the ticket. Refused to do so and asked them to cancel my booking. Money has been withdrawn from my bank account and paid to “TRIPOMATE AUCLAND” immediately on the day of booking Sep 14th 2019. They did sent me an email saying that they are cancelling my booking and FULL money will be refunded. Only one week though but not sure when I will get my money back (more than 1000 USD). Hope it’s not a scam! But yes it is a scam for the reasons below.

Still can’t imagine if this kind of service is lawful.
1. Show a cheaper price to get customers’ booking.

2. Get payments right away after customers’ booking - so even the customers have paid for the products but they are not guaranteed to get the products they already paid for! Is it lawful? I don’t think so ...

3. Then after that if Tripomate cannot get a ticket with the price that the customer already paid for, they will call the customer asking for more money. Again, this should not be allowed by any law. I don’t know if they just call all the customers asking for more money or not, which is even worst if they do.

4. Then probably for most of the customers due to fear of losing money they would accept to pay additional amount to get the ticket.

5. And for the customers who refuse to pay more (like me), even if Tripomate will refund the money, they still can have customers’ cash in their bank account for a certain amount of time until the refund has completed - can be a few months of free cash for them. Again, this is unlawful!

6. And by not processing the ticket right at the time of the customer’s booking, if after that price ticket goes down then Tripomate can also be happier as they of course will not call their customers to offer a price reduction!

So I am worried about when I can get my money back, but at the same time I believe that this company needs to be taken down by law actions because of their unlawful tricks toward customers.

Company scam I booked ticket through them 3 days ago and the amount was deducted from the credit card and so far I have not received tickets on my email

Fraud site for ticket booking .....don't book any ticket through TRIPOMATE ......

My aunt booked tickets here and we were going to Cuba and we had so much luggage and next thing you know are tickets aren’t in the system this website is a SCAM DO NOT TRUST IT YOU GUYS ARE TRIFLING

The worst biggest scam company i ever delt with i booked a ticket from their site in september and they deducted the amount from my card and didn't receive my ticket and they said they will refund the amount for me but i never received till now even though i send an email to them every day requesting my refund at the begining they said they sent it already to my card which i didn't receive and that i have to check with my bank and then they stopped even answering my emails

I had have very bad experiences with this site, just charge my card and never recieved tickets. Please do not buy tickets with this site.

They are fraud or not but they chewed my money have bought 2 tickets from.them on 30 Sept and so far haven't recd any ticket or reply from.them and they found cheapest on most of ticket and hotel booking site I don't know how come the iata allow them as a ticket agent and they are ioersting from India as a call center and agents

They took my money but did not deliver a ticket. FRAUD!

Should have read the reviews first. They will be exposed.

I had a very bad experience with them and it seems that it more a scamming company.
Basically, I booked a flight on Egypt airlines,
and one day after, I received an email from their support asking for the correct number, while I was sure that I provided the correct number. They called after and asked to pay $70 more because I am not the credit card owner, and things started to get hyper as this doesn't make sense so they guy hanged up.
I called again and another guy, they all seems to be covering their mouths or trying to change their voices, told me the $70 not because I am not the credit card holder, it's because my number wasn't correct and they didn't confirm the payment, so the price of my flight jumped $70 more.
This flight I was following since two weeks of the 24th and the price stayed the same, and it doesn't make sense to jump so rapidly that way.
They're a complete scam company and I don't know trusted companies like Wego and others accepting using them.

Have anyone received his refund from them?

Tripomate is a legitimate travel agent, but with poor customer service. They fulfilled our ticket purchase and emailed us a e-ticket confirmation within 24 hours, but they didn't reply to follow up emails after requesting additional documents to verify the credit card purchase, causing needless worry for us. And their phone number for customer support just goes to voicemail.
But, they did offer the lowest price for our ticket and in the end, they did fulfill our order. Don't be scared by all the negative reviews calling them a scam. They are not a scam, but they do need to improve their customer service!
