Worst travel company ever

Worst travel company ever, they fail to provide my ticket on time but took my money and fail to pay me back as promised. send numerous support emails but never responding. communication is almost zero, one phone call out of 16 phone calls answered not recommended to anyone. I will wait for another 5 days from 3/9/2019, (my order no is 4407) then going to lodge a complain to commerce commission. and consumer affairs to solve this issue

I should have known better

I should have known better. The whole web site experience was dodgee. I gave them my credit card info and personal info and in the last step, it says, "it can't process my reservation". I think this site is a fake.

These guys are a scam

These guys are a scam, they charge you for your booking and then call back to offer an alternate itinerary or demand to pay higher for originally selected itinerary. They charge you card even after refusing to book. Booking (2580) made on 29th May, haven’t received a refund yet.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are a rort. They will ask for more funds to secure your e-ticket. Their website login does not work. Phones numbers are uncontactable. They will not comply with any simple request. I bypassed them after booking my ticket and went through the Airline direct. An expensive and valuable lesson learnt but never again. They rung on a New Zealand phone number but tried to tell me they were in Australia. When I asked the time, he couldn't answer. Please spread the word and do not use these rip offs merchants!!!!!

This travel agent is crook. To do business mean you will get into a terrible experience. ( tracing your money back from your financial institutions, spend endless times to following dispute). Why not use other reputable travel company like Webjet or Flight Centre for peace of mind.

Thank you capital one I just dodged a bullet...card automatically declined my transaction due to fraudulent activity..but thank god it did as the website said total would be $661 after taxes but when I reviewed the transaction was declined for $766..that was additional $105.

This agent is a scam

This agent is a scam. I booked my flight through them and didn't receive my tickets until now. It's been over three days and no one answering their phone or even their emails. DO NOT waste your money and go spend more money where it's guaranteed.

Too bad

Avoid this travel agent as it lacks honesty and professionalism. I booked on 6/6/2019 through their platform a ticket going from Cairo to New york on the Royal Jordanian airlines . After proceeding and providing my credit card info, the payment was successful then a message was received from my bank stating that Air white inc has debited an amount of 746.46 Us dollars from my credit card. Then i received a confirmation e-mail from their behalf stating exactly
( Thank you for booking your ticket with Tripomate.
Your payment for the Order with Reference number 2823 on tripomate.com has been successfully processed.).I Waited till the next day to receive my e-ticket but nothing arrived. I decided to send them my reference number to highlight that i didn't receive anything from their part. An agent sent me back that unfortunately we can't help you as the reference number you sent is incorrect. Then i sent back again sending a copy of the e-mail received but they sent again denying that they even know me. Back and forth for half a day they sent me a number in Usa to call them but the number wasn't responding . Last but not least i sent them an e-mail to tell me what is going on i this a company or something else? they then responded with the exact phrase written by one of their agents ( Dear Sir,
Thank you for your mail.
This is regards to your booking order no 2823, please note that the fare you have selected was an online promotional fare which got exhausted by the time your booking got confirmed.

We tried with airline to confirm the same fare but it was not available, new fare is almost USD 65 extra.

So please confirm so that we can share the payment link for the extra payment.)
Definitely i refused to pay the extra amount , they wasted my time and let me miss good offers elsewhere without even a word of apology . And till now am waiting to see how they are going to handle my transaction as the amount is still pending
I had a very bad experience with this company that shouldn't continue to be present online providing lowest grade not a service so please take care and avoid at any price

Watch out for extra charges

I am not sure how my transaction will end up as it is still in the negotiation stage. I booked a flight online through TRIPOMATE. 5 min after a got a call from NZ to Aus from a gentleman whom english was obviously his second language. He was difficult to understand his pronunciation. What made matters worse was the phone line was very poor and the line kept dropping out. He rang to tell me that a confirmation email had been sent to me and the surname was entered twice. He said he cancelled the booking and made a new booking using only the single surname, hence saving me extra airline charges. However he said TRIPOMATE would charge me an extra $25 for this new ticket issue. I expressed I was not willing to pay the extra charge and that the reputable airline would except my ticket, even if there was a double surname on the ticket. He said he will get back to me. Watch this space!

Avoid this travel agent

Avoid this travel agent. I book a flight just to end up arguing for a refund. The agent told me that the fare has gone up in price and asked to pay the difference after i paid the initial online payment. I worked in travel industry previously and find it hard to believe that airline will raise a fare that has been paid. Safe yourself the trouble of uncertainty and spend a bit extra on reputable travel agent. Lesson learnt.

Read my review carefully and perhaps use a dictionary if needed. I said I worked (past tense) in travel industry before not currently. DO NOT blame on your customer if you messed up by saying it was my fault on delaying the process, while i have to called numerous times to chase you guys up. I have proof of all the communications, if you like, I can post the time stamp on those email as well to show all your prospective customer. I completely understand if you want to protect the company for fraud but not on your customer expenses. Well, people can judge your unprofessionalism from your reply to my review. It is a good practice to give unbiased review based on my experience. Good luck with the business.

All was good. Make sure your automated system sends an acknowledgment when a person books a ticket saying its processing or booked or anything. Otherwise person booking ticket ends up confused whether ticket is booked or not.
