The sales experience on the website was seamless and the user assistance I received from your customer service personnel was excellent. My credit card would not validate and eventually we were able to process the order via PayPal where I was assisted with by your customer service personnel throughout.

One slight issue I would like to raise is that when the package did arrive in South Africa, there were constant delays by UPS and customs to get the package cleared. I had to constantly phone UPS to find out what the status was. The reason for the delay was they (UPS or customs) were unable to verify what the contents of the package was and this was the reason for the delay. In future this could potentially be better indicated.

I ordered tri shorts and I live in Thailand. I wasn't too sure if they would actually get here, but even with the cheapest shipping it made it here in a couple weeks!

TriSports had the item I was looking for and at the same price as other sites. There were no hidden fees. I upgraded to express shipping for a very reasonable price and received the item two days sooner than expected.

I purchased $5 worth of merchandise and was charged $10 for shipping. When my items arrived, the pieces I had paid $2.50 for came in bags labeled $1.50, and the item was clearly shipped for much less than $10. Please consider revising your shipping processes. It is very frustrating to have to pay more for shipping than for the items themselves.

Great selection of triathlon products. The prices are very competitive. I wish they have free shipping for smaller orders to keep the customers loyal as ecommerce stores are offering

Unfortuntely, my $600+ Velo Safe Travel Box came damaged as one of the wheels did not properly roll. The box is very large and without functioning wheels was nearly impossible for me to drag through the airport. I nearly missed my flight and then my race because I was so delayed in moving the box. It was deeply upsetting on top of the stress of a half Ironman. All I can hope is that TriSports can make it right.

I appreciate that they offered a discount on the cycling shoes that I have been considering for purchase. I did purchase, due to the discount. They were not in-stock when I ordered, but they were able to quickly re-stock and ship immediately. The shoes were as described and as I expected. I am pleased with TriSports and will purchase from them again - when the price is right!

Extremely low priced tunes. I accidentally ordered the wrong stem length and they corrected my error promptly. Tubes arrived in a few days.

It was a really good experience to buy articles on TriSports.com.
The delivery was so fast compared with the other "big" virtual stores in the on-line market. I had a little problem with the logistics of the delivery and was easily solved by phone. Customer service is OK and gives a friendly service.
