Trivantage may be decentralizing too much

Trivantage has always been at the top of the list for suppliers. They have always been fast and very reliable for orders.
I am concernced that last week I ordered three common items - webbing and two velcro goods. The three items came on three succesive days from three locations.
I don't think that's a good trend.

Quality

The order was good except for the keater Welt had no cardboard tube, so it all fell apart As soon as you cut off the 2 ties. have a picture to submit, but nowhere to submit it. Used to have a cardboard tube and a cardboard edge on both sides. So it wouldn't just fall apart and tangle up. seems the quality the last 30 year has decreased over the years.
Could talk about several product that I have noticed the quality is sometimes poor. socket for snaps that don't hold and fall off the studs. stammoid white binding that has too much glue on the folded edges. It comes out and gets all over the sewing Needle. makes the edge of the stammoid white binding look brown. The white stammoid light material sometimes look like people are drawing on it and playing when they're making it leaving weird marks all over the stammoid light I don't know if that's trivanage, but again, quality

Customer Service for the Win!

Spoke with Deb on my last order. She was fantastic! The website was telling me the items I wanted were unavailable, but Deb checked inventory and all the items I needed were in fact available! Website needs some updating!

Ordering is made simple

Ordering is made simple, however inventory stock, specifically EZ lace has had quite a few delays. I hope it gets better. As i have stated to all the Reps, if we don't have EZ lace, we don't have a product.
