I can highly recommend TJR Construction. Their work on our garden annex was finished to a high standard, on time and to the quoted cost. It was a pleasure to have Costi and Dany work on the project. They were prompt, communicative at every stage and thoroughly professional. We never had to worry about anything. We are delighted with the finished product which is a warm and well finished living space. They are polite hard working and were self sufficient while on site. We are lucky to have found them.

Having Costi do our garden office was an excellent decision. From day 1 he was professional and incredibly timely with everything. From first contacting him the project was completed in 3 weeks all to an incredibly high standard. He also charged a very reasonable rate compared to other companies we approached.

I’m so delighted with my new garden office if you pick DRJ to work with, you will be very happy indeed.

When looking for someone to build us a lean to storage shed we immediately thought of Costi as he did such a good job with a garden room for us 2 years ago. He did not disappoint! Costi is reliable, conscientious, very tidy and thorough in his approach and execution. Thank you Costi.

Costi built me a small garden office, all wired up for underfloor heating and broadband. He listened to what I wanted right from the start. Tidied away all his tools and equipment at the end of each day. Worked hard and you could tell me knew what he was doing. Turned up at 8am each day, no problem. Recommended.

Update 24th May 2024: my little garden office is still solid. Has withstood the winter and massive storms. Underfloor heating/air conditioning/broadband all works well.

Costi was great replying to emails/calls, always turned up on time, was really nice to deal with, and most importantly did a really good job of my garden room which finished bang on time.

Costi & his team are very friendly and professional. He understood exactly what I wanted in my Garden room and help me visualise and make the right choices. The outcome was brilliant and the team left the house tidy. There was no deviation between the quote and actual price. I would highly recommend Trj Construction for any outbuilding projects.

KITCHEN EXTENSION AND HOUSE TRANSFORMATION – BRILLIANT JOB!!
We got to know Costi and the TRJ team when they built a garden room for us in Spring 2021, which went really well. We talked to Costi about a large (6m x 7m) SIPS construction extension to the back of our 1930’s semi. SIPS was the ideal solution as we have no side or rear access and this system avoided digging trenches and dragging tons of earthworks / brickwork through the house.

This was a big job that involved taking out the back of the house, Costi got behind the vision we had, helped with designs and all the necessary building control approvals. Being an older house built in the 1930’s there were a few surprises along the way, Costi took care of all the issues and came up with smart solutions.

He project managed the whole piece arranging the necessary trades (electricals, plasterers, tiling, including craning over the stills we needed) and supervised all works himself. Costi really took care of us, he was well organised, kept things tidy during the build, and kept us informed starting every day with a quick chat over coffee (they also took care of Sid, our whippet puppy that joined the family mid-build).

He also expertly filmed and photographed everything, so we have a perfect record of the build.

The end result is a complete transformation of our house, we have a stunning kitchen extension, downstairs utility / cloakroom and the home we’ve been dreaming of for some years – thank you Costi and Dani !!

Costi and his team put together a SIP garden room kit for me - in under a day! I'm really, really pleased with their work. Costi was helpful from the start, getting better quotes for me, advising what to buy and who to buy from, and when the build started he did an excellent job. I found his whole team friendly and hard working; I'd highly recommend them.

Costi was there from day one, advising us from the design stage right through to practical completion of the build for our self-contained Granny Annexe, ensuring we got what we required. With his eye for detail, he and his team ensured all works were carried out and installed to the highest standard in meeting our requirements, which he delivered an Annexe, not only eye catching in our rear garden, but also provided all the facilities we required for our needs and Mira's parents. I am an architect and meet a great many tradesmen. It would be wonderful to have all of these be as conscientious, polite, well organised and skilled as Costi proved on my project. He was flexible, planned well and thought things through and his experience tells. For me, Costi was excellent.

Costi and the team have recently completed my garden room. Costi was brilliant at keeping us informed throughout the project sending us progress pictures throughout and the lines of communication were always open. I was so impressed by there attention to detail and the care they put into the project which I have to say is rare to find these days. Worth every penny and very happy with the finish. Highly recommend these guys!!

I just wanted to take some time to talk about my experience of Trj construction, and the wonderful job that they have made of our garden room!
Costi and his team were polite and focused on the work, and finished the work on time, even though a traffic accident involving their van could have set them back, but did not.
Costi himself is very passionate about his work, suggesting some details on our build that make it so much better than we originally envisioned! As regards the build, I am of the belief that building a garden room with social space, office, shower room with toilet, plumbing, wi-fi and electric(all of which are hidden underground) to a very high quality of finish in 5 weeks to be asounding!
As you can tell, I would thoroughly recommend them, and would like to once again thank Costi and everyone at Trj for the work they have done!
