Fantastic company to work with from start to finish. Really pleased with our outbuilding - has given us a lot of extra living space. Finished to a high specification…. Nice to see TRJ take such pride in their work. Would definitely recommend!

We looked at a number of garden room companies. Costi was one of the few that offered something completely bespoke. We had some big trees we wanted to keep and effectively build around which Costi helped design.

The whole process was smooth and it helped that Costi was local. He’s super reliable, like clockwork, easy to work with and handed over the building after a month with very little disruption. He helped us work through design changes as we went through the project.

The result is a fantastic new garden room with a new decked platform which finishes it off beautifully.

Experienced, reliable and professional. I was shopping around for a while before deciding to go with TRJ Construction for my garden office. I wanted a company who had experience and a portfolio of work proving they were up to the job. Costi came to quote and he was the only person who actually got down and lifted the drain lid to check what was required. It was at that point I knew he wasn't shy of work and meant business.

I was kept in the loop before the build and throughout. They started the job early which was great to see and subsequently finished it early. They didn't miss a day and turned up on time everyday. They exceeded my expectations as I thought it would take an extra week.

Costi is extremely experienced in many aspects and does everything to top standard. He is obviously one of those people that can turn their hand to anything and do it to a very high standard. He knows his stuff and this is valuable in itself when getting advice on various parts of the build.

Nothing was too much trouble and if something was wanted / required they would find a way to get it done. Also they were very accommodating if changes were made during the build.

Overall I am extremely happy with TRJ Construction and cannot recommend them enough. If you want a company with 10+ years experience who have done this countless times before then this is the way to go. Well done guys and keep up the great work!

Costi and his team are absolute professionals when it comes to Garden rooms and other building work.

The pride Costi takes in his work is amazing and the attention to detail is second to none. our garden room / gym was completed in 11 working days, this also includes an unforeseen situation that was dealt with in a very timely manner.

Costi and his team have just finished a truly brilliant job on our new garden room.
Access is very difficult at our house, Costi and the guys (Danni and Gabriel) took great care in moving everything through the house.
Costi really knows his stuff, gave great advice and dealt with issues with no fuss. The team are super punctual, polite, tidy and above all very professional in what they do. Costi and his team have now completed 2 projects at our home in South East London. A garden studio/ granny flat that was custom designed to fit an awkward shape and a side extension to replace a derelict garage. These additions have transformed our home and we couldn't be happier with them. All aspects of the works from design and planning applications to the ground preparation, construction, interior fit outs and decorating were completed very professionally and to the highest standards. We were kept informed at all stages and the works were completed very quickly with the minimum of disruption. I would have no hesitation in recommending TRJ construction or to working with Costi and his team again.

Would not hesitate to recommend.... totally reliable. First job Costi did for me was about 6years ago and has been back 3 or 4 times since for other jobs... would not use anyone else. Like to think I'm a competent diy'er but the standard of work and attention to detail is top class
