I have been dealing with Lindsey and she is wonderful! Not only has she got me good prices for the gas but she has helped me deal with someone pretending they are calling from the current energy company and into a right saga! She has handling it like a real trooper! The world needs more people like Lindsey! Troo you have a real gem there. Thanks for the help getting this in place and handling the drama.

I was approached by Anita at one of our sites. Usually I’m not interested in any sales pitch or anything like that, however Anita took a personal interest to our business and offered to help reduce our utility bills. Anita offered a full hands on approach where everything was handled by herself making the transition smoother and easier for us. She was very involved, caring, honest and fun. Anita worked very fast with us to get things sorted and understood the needs of our business. Her friendly and professional approach definitely made her the right person for the job. Anita hasn’t got an easy task, but because of her knowledge in the field, she effortlessly dealt with any obstacles. Anita’s colleague Jonny also gave me a call and updated me as to how we were getting on. Due to the professionalism and pleasant experience we are now liaising with Anita across all our sites. Troocost was very impressive overall in moving me to a less expensive supplier and, when one small matter arose, Aaron Bell was very efficient at resolving it. My electricity is MUCH lower than it was previously.

Aaron was not only able to validate that my new invoiced charges agreed with the new contract, he was able to talk with my electric supplier and answer a couple of extra questions expeditiously.
