Daniel Hackett is the best!

I can't recommend Daniel Hackett enough! He was so helpful and resilient in solving our issues with a terrible Energy supplier that we were having trouble for the last 2 years. He never gave up and got all sorted in the best way possible. Always giving me updates, always in contact reassuring me that he would resolve it, and he did! Amazing job, Daniel! Thanks for everything!

Expert energy advice with a personal touch

Jake Carrahar from ECBS reached out to us to explore how he could help manage our energy accounts - and we are so glad he did. With a number of accounts to oversee, including supplier changes and new meters being installed on new MPANs, the process could have been overwhelming. Jake's knowledge and clear, honest advice made sure we felt confident in every decision, particularly given the challenges of recent energy price increases.

The service throughout has been outstanding - fast responses to queries, proactive follow-up emails to keep us in the loop, and absolutely none of the pushy sales tactics we've encountered elsewhere. ECBS feel like a genuine partner rather than just another supplier. Highly recommended.

Look no further for your energy consultants.

ECBS have looked after us for around 2.5 years and I cannot fault them. They offer advice to help us avoid coming cost increases and provide ideas and information that has saved us hundreds of thousands of pounds.

Recently Don got us locked into a contract until 2031 which has helped us avoid all the recent energy price hikes. We are extremely grateful!

I would like to thank two members of…

I would like to thank two members of staff, Dan Hackett and John Faucher for their help and support over 2 years, as a business we were miss sold an electricity contract and they have help to sort this mess out. Basically, an unscrupulous broker bullied us into signing an energy contract 2 years ago, in advance of the new contract starting, during Covid.
I rarely give much credence to cold callers to the office, however when Dan called, I was absolutely fed up of the problems, with the miss sold electric contract, having already been to the Ombudsman for the first time, so I let off steam and ceased the moment, as they say, and related all the issues to Dan, there and then. We again asked the Ombudsman on a second case for help, but achieved nothing, but help at ECBS, was again gratefully received.
We then gave ECBS the contract to find a supplier for two other meters, can I say all my dealings with them have been professional and as a business I have received very helpful advice along the way.
John with help from Dan, has handled the dispute side with the other energy supplier and the amount of work and dedication they have demonstrated is unbelievable. Today I feel we have progressed to yet another milestone, on the way to hopefully, a victory in sorting this miss sold electric contract, all helped by staff at ECBS.
Thank you, as a business I, truly appreciate your help, professionalism and guidance, along the way, their service and dedication can only be described as excellent.

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience.
constant pressure calling and scare mongering to which of course was a load of rubbish.
Got us involved in the Engie blend and extend energy contract which as you can see on the Internet was a total scam.
Now stuck in a totally uncompetitive contract which has cost us thousands and possibly the business.

Given the nature of the "Blend and Extend" product, the contract was likely secured during the height of the global energy crisis when volatility was at its peak. This specific product was provided by a third party, Engie, and not by ECBS directly.

Our role was to provide options in a market where prices were changing by the hour, and the urgency communicated was to protect your business from further spikes. Full terms and conditions were provided for your review, and the contract was signed at your own discretion. While current market prices are naturally lower, the rates at the time were reflective of the wholesale costs then available. We take our reputation for transparency seriously. As we have not yet received any communication regarding this in our complaints inbox, please contact us at complaints@ecbs.co.uk so we can discuss this with you directly.

Excellent service from Jamie Barber at ECBS

We have dealt with a lot of companies, brokers, etc and Jamie Barber at ECBS was incredibly helpful, responsive, and attentive to what we needed without being pushy and with no pressure. Sorted us a fantastic deal and was honest, detailing all potential options for the business. Arranged all for us and manages it for us, helping with any queries etc after securing the contracts, thank you once again for all your hard work Jamie, we are very happy with our deals saving the business thousands!
