Worst online shopping experience ever...
I bought a new Nespresso machine from them and they stole the genuine capsules inside the box before sending. After asking for them they say I should read the conditions on their website that says nothing about it. Really bad service before and after sales.
They didn't send 5 ethiopia capsules boxes because of stock (even their website said they had) so they promise to return the money and never did it.
Their compatible Nespresso capsules are very bad quality. They are hard plastic and the Nespresso machine cannot punch it correctly. 10-20% of them fail to be punched. This type of hard to punch capsules destroy the injectors overtime, especially on newer machines.
