AVOID AT ALL COSTS - I bought a pair of trousers from Trouva in March 2025 which never arrived. Despite lots of emails, they ignored me completely and I eventually came onto Trustpilot to write a bad review. A month later they replied to the review, apologising and saying they were looking into it. More emails sent, still heard nothing. They've effectively stolen my money.
Scammed - Been waiting for months
Had to issue a chargeback through my bank, there's no other way of getting your money back as no one responds to any of the emails. They've basically just run off with our money.

Can’t believe I ordered from this site before checking reviews!! Of course I have been tracking my packages via the link they provided. Got email packages were delivered but as you might guess I received nothing!! FAQ says to contact carrier which I would but there is nothing that tells me the company used to supposedly delivered my package! I am out around $50!! So tired of these scammers!!!

I ordered a dress in April and waited patiently as they kept giving me different delivery dates. When I finally got it two months later, it was the wrong size. I sent it back and they kept over $40 stating it was for restocking and shipping fees even though shipping in my case was supposed to be free.I will never order from them again.

Returned an item as told and then no contact, had to constantly chase and emails bounced, no way of contacting them. Finally got a refund 2 months later…shocking customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Still waiting for a lot of my money from December till February. They are bankrupt, use small businesses and go to a new investment. Don't work with theml. I sent a lot of products to their customers, but still waiting for my money.

Absolutely shocking experience with Trouva. I placed an order in March, paid immediately — and never received the item. After weeks of silence, I had to chase repeatedly just to be told in April that they couldn't fulfill it due to "logistical issues" and that I'd get a refund in 3–5 working days. It's now late June — still no refund. Every email was met with vague apologies and promises to "escalate" — but nothing happened.
It should not take three months, multiple emails, and legal threats to get back money for a product they cancelled themselves. Offering a 5% voucher as compensation is honestly insulting.
Buyers beware: if something goes wrong, you’re on your own. I will never shop here again and strongly advise others to avoid Trouva unless you enjoy chasing your own money through a customer service void.
Unpaid Debts to the Shops they claim to represent
We sold with trouva for a number of years - the company kept running into trouble and has been bought countless times - one owner went into administration leaving a long list of debt to many small shops - the new owners that bought Trouva - don’t believe they have any responsibility to that debt - while legally that may be the case - it hardly makes them for the independents as they claim…shop direct the the shops!

Shocking. Trouva have been through multiple insolvencies and they're in a shambles. They stopped paying retailers so retailers stopped working with them. I bought a product without realising this and it's taken 3 months to get a refund which was finally done through Klarna. Trouva are still yet to refund the purchase despite the order never being shipped.
They now have new owners so maybe it will get better, but in the meantime avoid at all costs.

Frankly I do no understand how they have not been closed down. It is Fraud, theft and a scam !

I emailed 3rd June, shaun replied 4th, I responded and Shaun replied on the 5th. I have heard NOTHING until today. so to say you have kept in touch virtually daily is simply not true.

The purpose of my review is to save other people from having to fight this fight with you. if it means they shop elsewhere then good.

Trouva is fresh and innovative
Trouva is fresh and innovative, allowed me to find objects that I wanted and didn’t expect to be so beautiful. Has become my favourite website. I wanted generic objects, but I found instead objects with taste that I wouldn’t have found otherwise. I was satisfied with every purchase. Has made my kitchen refurbish much easier and make my new flat look good.

Keep in mind that I paid 9.99 euros for 'premium shipping' (3-4 days) and the overall order is 120 euros.
I ordered some products on Trouva on the 19th of March 2025. I received a confirmation email right away and the Klarna payment was confirmed. Then I noticed that the order did not appear on my Trouva account despite the confirmation email and the first installment being paid. So I wrote to Trouva and they answered me 1 week later, telling me they would monitor the status of my order.
1 week later (on the 3rd of April), I received an email telling me that they had no news from the shop, so I asked for a refund. I was told by the customer service that I would receive the refund in 5 working days, which never happened. I am still waiting for it.
I wrote an e-mail on April 16th (9 working days later) asking for my refund to be processed and got no answer. On April 22nd (19 days later), I sent an email asking for the refund both on the website and to the person who was previously answering me but decided to ignore my e-mail (Chloe). Weirdly enough, when I went through the website, Chloe and another employee (Greg) replied the next day. Mind you, I said I would give bad reviews, so I guess they decided to finally respond.
Both told me that there have been issues since the company was bought. Chloe told me they would try to process the refund 'by the middle of next week' and Greg told me he would monitor the ordeal and that he had told the 'finance team' about it. My following mail was left unanswered by both employees. It's been one week.
To conclude: they only reply when they want to and they are clearly trying to keep the money since the company is going through hardships. They play games thinking consumers will get tired and let it go. I don't think customers will get a refund. There are a lot of similar reviews on Trustpilot from other countries in Europe, but the UK too.
It is a scam. I have been going through this process with this company for more than a month now.

Le 22 avril (19 jours plus tard), j'ai envoyé un e-mail demandant le remboursement à la fois sur le site et à la personne qui me répondait auparavant mais a décidé d'ignorer mon e-mail (Chloe). Bizarrement, lorsque j'ai parcouru le site Web, Chloé et un autre employé (Greg) ont répondu le lendemain. Remarquez, j'ai dit que je donnerais de mauvaises critiques, alors je suppose qu'ils ont finalement décidé de répondre.
Les deux m'ont dit qu'il y avait eu des problèmes depuis le rachat de l'entreprise. Chloé m'a dit qu'ils essaieraient de traiter le remboursement « d'ici le milieu de la semaine prochaine » et Greg m'a dit qu'il surveillerait l'épreuve et qu'il en avait parlé à « l'équipe financière ». Mon courrier suivant est resté sans réponse de la part des deux employés. Cela fait une semaine.
Pour conclure : ils ne répondent que lorsqu'ils le veulent et ils essaient clairement de garder l'argent puisque l'entreprise traverse des difficultés. Ils jouent à des jeux en pensant que les consommateurs vont se lasser et laisser aller. Je ne pense pas que les clients seront remboursés. Il existe de nombreux avis similaires sur Trustpilot provenant d'autres pays d'Europe, mais aussi du Royaume-Uni.
Il s'agit d'une arnaque. Je suis en train de suivre ce processus avec cette entreprise depuis plus d'un mois maintenant.

Trouva cancelled my order but no refund given
Trouva cancelled my order due to a technical issue on 4/4/25 stating that they would refund immediately and I have still not received a refund over 3 weeks later. No response from them to my emails either. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
