Really great customer service

Really great customer service. Pete has been extremely helpful in sorting out my orders (which I cancelled and then reordered). He replies very quickly. Will definitely use this website again.

DO NOT USE!!!

DO NOT USE!!!! Trouva have still not paid the very boutiques they claim to support...
We have been owed 1.2k since the beginning of August. It's the same line, 'we are awaiting our final round of funding before we can payout'. Basically they are running their business, paying their staff and marketing yet not paying the boutiques who sell the goods on their platform. Spending money that does not belong to them. We are now no longer selling via Trouva as I have no confidence that they will ever pay but for anyone who reads this, please shop direct with small businesses. Do not support this company!

Avoid at all costs!!

Placed an order on 10th October for expensive jacker, got depatch email that day. Then on the 11th October was told that there was an issue and it would be refunded. Took me putting a claim in with PayPal and numerous emails and telephone calls to be told on the 15th that they had to check the refund with their accounts dept although I was told on the 11th that it was successfully processed.
Sent another at 7.32am this morning to say it was getting escalated to paypal tomorrow, low and behold by 7.36am the money was in my PayPal account! I'm just so glad I paid by PayPal.
As they say if something looks too good to be true, it usually is!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company or whatever you are is a total waist of time and money. I ordered a beanie off here as the been a third party the item was coming from a company in Spain. It has gone two weeks since placing the order I have paid through clear pay two payments already and not received anything!! I have ordered from Australia to the uk before and never waited this long. They are quick enough to take your money but not send the goods!!??
First and last time using you. One big con.

I bought a pair of vans canvas and a t shirt on the 3rd. Up until today the order hasn’t been processed and noone seems to know why.
Been writing countless emails.When they could not tell me why my order hasn’t been processes I requested a refund, which they promised but until today on the 11th, noone has replied or said anything .

I ordered a pair of Premium Trainers…

I ordered a pair of Premium Trainers from Trouva and it's been a terrible experience. Since placing the order, I’ve received absolutely no communication—no dispatch notice, no updates, nothing to indicate if the order is delayed or even being processed. It's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark like this. Now, I’m just waiting for a cancellation and trying to get my money back. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. I won’t be shopping here again!

order is taking forever

I placed an order from Trouva June 29th. Finally got my order confirmed July 4th after emailing the boutique directly. They said they had been having trouble working with Trouva in the first place and recommended that I just order directly from boutiques next time.
I really wish I had just skipped Trouva from the start. It's been a weeks since my order even got confirmed and nothing. The tracker has said my order is "pre-transit" every time I check it, with no estimate of how much longer it will take.
Looked at Trouva's help page and it's not structured in a way to easily navigate and find what you need. After searching it I found nothing helpful so that's part of why I'm even writing this review.
I really regret spending my time and money dealing with this. Hopefully I can just get my order soon or get a refund. I was trying to be patient and understanding but seriously?

Good service in the end

What a complete waste of time and effort

I have been told I'm colour blind and I can't tell if my jacket is blue or black, what a shameful company this is. Do not use this company, if you do you are inviting more trouble than they are worth

Awful first time experience shopping…

Awful first time experience shopping with Trouva.

Seems to be a drop-shipping company who sell for individuals and not themselves, as i ordered of them and they took my money and then several hours later to be told they have been informed of the person who selling them has ran out of stock.

Our apologies for the poor first experience with Trouva you have had. We are a marketplace that represents lots of small independent boutiques across the UK and Europe. Items ordered on Trouva are sent directly from our boutiques.

Occasionally stock levels are not correct meaning that sometimes an item sold on Trouva may have already been sold in the shop, meaning we cannot unfortunately send you your order. In these cases we immediately refund our customers.

We are continuously working to reduce the chances of this happening, however this does not take away from your disappointing experience using us. Our apologies again

Online spinoff site - Streethub Ltd. Owned by Trouva

Website/online shop (Streethub Ltd. which Google states is now Trouva's responsibility/spin-off and I later noticed that the payment I made in April was sent directly to support@trouva com...) shut down down without prior warning or notice sent to customers whose orders had not yet been fulfilled).

Order was not confirmed, I contacted support@ email address yesterday late afternoon/early evening, again, no acknowledgement or response, so I immediately engaged PayPal to secure a refund..

Dupocitous business practice at worst, simply poor at best. I'm just grateful I paid with PayPal and they refunded my money without question.

Would not purchase from again.

Regarding your research of Streethub Ltd, this was the previous name of the business that owned Trouva. This has indeed recently changed and all our customers were told about this is in accordance with GDPR data rules.

Great company

Great company, really genuine and kind. Great customer service, always dispatch the package on the day you ordered and arrives very promptly with a handwritten note. Good pricing too
