Excellent Freezer & Service from TRS!

I’m absolutely thrilled with my new freezer from TRS! The product arrived quickly, and works perfectly. It’s spacious, runs quietly, and maintains a consistent temperature—ideal for my needs. The build quality is solid, and it looks great in my shop! TRS provided excellent customer service throughout the process, making the entire purchase smooth and stress-free. These people are frauds and provides poor service. I bought £12k plus worth of freezers from them and they promised us to deliver within one week after they received the payment. But now it’s been three weeks and yet still haven’t received. Moreover, they don’t even replying to my messages or emails.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase from them as they seems to be dodgy.

Setting up a new shop, I found the company logo on an old chest freezer in the premise. Found them online and made contact.. They are a very professional and experienced company. Through out the time of transaction, everything went very smoothly. They were even able to hold on to the equipment for me well over a month of purchase due to overrunning building works in the shop. I was so delighted when the AHT chest freezers and fridge arrived. They were well in very good order. The delivery guys were great lads and very cheerfully talked me through important bits. I ll buy again from this company.

Desperately needed a display freezer. Phoned TRS and made enquiries for availability and was informed to come the next day . To my surprise it was ready for collection when I arrived the next day . All the staff were very professional.I purchased the AHT Paris and it’s absolutely in good working condition.
