Excellent customer service & value for money
Excellent customer service. Near-instant responses and extremely accommodating when issues arose regarding required documents. Very supportive throughout the whole experience. Really recommend, the first time I felt an insurance company is an excellent value for money.

Unfortunately I've had to claim twice now but both times have been seamless and easy, couldn't recommend them highly enough. Staff respond quickly, to the point one claim was settled in around 30 minutes.

Stellar service and speed
After having my phone stolen again, I got this insurance with my work for free. I logged my claim over the weekend and called first thing, the whole experience was so smooth and effortless. They were quick, friendly and super efficient. When I called, they answered and were understanding. After the trauma of getting robbed these guys were the least of my problems. I cannot recommend this service enough and I've suggested to everyone at work to sign up. I am really chuffed and happy.
