I have spent a small fortune on truffleshuffle and have had zero issues. Until now.
Unfortunately they use Amazon to deliver and we all know how brilliant they are (sarcasm)
My order showed delivered but the pic was not of my door or any door I could discern.
I emailing politely asking if they could help.A member of staff I’m not allowed to name answered and it all went wrong.
The tone of the email was “your lying” said person helpfully offered to write me a letter to take to the police. Just a heads up but the police don’t care and given this person struggled with basic English in his curt accusatory email to myself I doubt he could be much assistance.
The email was horrible and rest assured you won’t have to deal with me again as I won’t use your site again.
Maybe instead of accusing customers of theft you should use couriers that actually deliver.
I would love to tell you where you can place every single item you sell but I’m not as rude as the staff you employ.

The picture I sent “wasn’t of my delivery” you’re correct it was someone else’s house! Wow even the response to this is rude! Plenty other places to buy from I’d avoid this lot, the truth is a strange concept for them

Ordered a tshirt 17/01/2024 well in time for Valentine's. The tshirt was £19.99, delivery was £17.99 which was expensive but I was happy to proceed until the courier got back to advise me that I would have to pay an additional €14. I thought this was too much taxes, so I got on to them. It took them until the 13th of February to say they had made a mistake it should be €21, 6 being taxes, 15 being an admin fee. I raised these exorbitant fees with Truffle shuffle and they said that that was their courier not them. I stated I had already paid for delivery and they said I could return the goods and get a refund. Advised courier day before Valentine's to return it... Delivery and extra charges almost make double the cost of the shirt. Poor show!!! Disappointed shopper, thankfully in the meantime I bought a replacement from a next day delivery service with no hidden charges.

I was in fairly desperate need of some new pj bottoms after wearing a hole in the backside of my Deadpool pair.
Ebay was scarce with what I wanted and in my size so I Googled mens pj's and after some searching, Truffle Shuffle caught my eye with a pair of Thundercats bottoms.
They were only slightly more in price than my previous Ebay purchases but literally only a few pounds.
They arrived the very next day and I am very happy!
They fit my 38" waist with plenty of room, they are extra long in the leg which is excellent as most pj's come up short on me at 6ft tall and the quality of the material is also great.

I'm looking forward to seeing what else Truffle Shuffle has for sale 😁👍

My husband emailed on my behalf about an upcoming launch and recieved a prompt and informative reply , which enabled us to make a purchase at launch time, one of the best customer services I've seen , an actual person really friendly, the delivery took only 1 day through an Amazon tracking service , all in all a very smooth and quick and lovely site with great customer service, highly recommend

My 17 year old autistic daughter was so disappointed to find that the 2 dresses she had her eye on for months are absolutely huge - she ordered xs !! They are like tents and now she has to pay to return. I wouldn't even say they are lose fit - they are massive and fit a size 14 with room to spare (me!) .

So happy with the Truffle Shuffle pyjamas we bought for the whole family to wear, mainly because of their range of sizes going up to mens 4XL so suitable for larger taller men. It can be so difficult to source larger pyjamas that have character themes as many companies stop at 2XL. We like to buy matching pyamas for the whole family, not Xmassy themed but themed. This year we all had the 'Back to the future ones' and if Truffle shuffle keep doing the 4XL sizes, we'll be buying all our future Family pyjamas from them.

Superb customer service. Had an issue with delivery through no fault of their own. Replied to my email within 10 minutes and arranged an alternative, tracked service.

Very rare to encounter this level of customer support nowadays.

Will definitely be buying from them again.

Ordered some pjs for xmas and the courier didn't post my parcel but theyve responded pretty fast and are sending me a replacement thankfully.

Great company. Have used several times for various bits and pieces. Great Christmas bits for my children as they get older and plenty for adults as well.

Have used them a few times - great products, great prices. Recently had to return an item as it was the wrong size. Polite email email back saying the exchange size I requested was not in stock. Once I asked for a refund it was sorted within minutes. Refreshing to find somewhere with such great customer service in an age where most retailers seem to have none at all.

Lovely t-shirts and gifts, just I bought my regular size shirt and it's huge, they're super long too and I'm quite a tall person

Well first of all I'd like to say we have ordered lots of items over the years from Truffle Shuffle and never had any issues. Always prompt deliveries, quality items and a couple free sweeties chucked in. Now recently I ordered my wife some little mermaid pyjamas at a cost of 30 pound. The order arrived my wife wore the pjs they looked good quality and she was chuffed to bits with them. Now the 1 star part. We washed the pjs as per instruction and it turned all the washing blue and I don't mean a little bit, it looks like somebody chucked a pot of ink into the washing machine ive never seen so much dye come out of a clothes item it really shouldn't happen. Even if we just washed the bottoms on their own they would have still been ruined. The pjs are ruined and lots of other washing ruined leaving dye stain patches all over. To make it worse we have a 5 month old baby through IVF after many years of trying and some of his clothes are ruined. This was particularly upsetting to my wife and now I feel terrible that this had happened. Such ashame as with Xmas coming up there were a few things on truffle shuffle I was going to buy for her as she loves their stuff but can't risk this again.

Have had to email truffle shuffle again after 2 weeks with no reply. Not how I expect to be treated as a valued customer over the years. Really not good enough.

So I have now updated to 5 stars due to the fantastic communication between myself and the operations manager Amy. There was some misunderstanding between emails at first but Amy intervened and handled the situation fantastically. We now have had a full refund and a new pair of pjs on the way.
My wife and I were upset at first mainly due to the baby clothes being ruined. But truffle shuffle tested numerous sets of the same pjs with no issues ( photo evidence sent to me) so we just put it down to one of those things that can happen occasionally. Truffle shuffle have always been good to deal with in the past with quality retro items and most not available anywhere else. So a 5 star rating now deserving. Thanks Amy and truffle shuffle.

Absolutely chuffed as Nuts, Sorted my issue with absolute professionalism. Couldn't recommend them anymore! Even had a sweet Gesture in my delivery.

Now, let's have a cold pint and wait for all this to blow over...

Sadly I ordered a bag from TS but delivered through amazon and it got stolen as was left outside my flat. Within days I got a replacement bag. Customer service was fast through whatsapp and they were friendly. They then used their express delivery to get the bag delivered in time for my holiday.

Love this place , gifts for my husband are so quirky and he loves them.

Really speedy delivery, and when I had a problem with my item, they shipped a replacement the same day. Excellent customer service from the company and from Evie from the CS team. Thanks!

I bought some items (due to be returned soon) but despite me paying in full it shows as a Klarna payment on my bank account which has impacted my affordability score on my credit rating.
I paid in full and never use BNPL so I'm shocked to see this on my bank statement and on my credit report. I paid in full by card, 100% did not select the Klarna option. But clearscore and credit karma saw it as a BNPL as it was Klarna.
Emailed their customer service and got a reply to say they use Klarna but it won't impact my credit score, but it has.
Won't use again as don't want the hassle of getting it removed off my credit rating.
There service is good but can't give a higher score due to the hassle & stress this caused.

As I've never used Klarna before I have no account to discuss with them. It is 100% on my credit score and lowered my affordability rating, it is being disputed.

16/08 update
Dispute was agreed by 2 out of 3 credit reference agencies, but have to wait 4 weeks for it to be removed from my file and has been alot of hassle and emails.
