Do better Jennifer/ trulieve hire someone with empathy and good customer service who loves their job

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the S. Cleveland Ave Fort Myers location due to an employee named Jennifer. From the moment I walked in, her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.

Customer service clearly does not matter to her. She spoke with unnecessary attitude, made rude gestures, and treated me like I was a problem instead of a paying customer. When I asked a simple question and later requested information on how to make a report, her behavior suddenly changed — which tells me she knows exactly how she was acting.

No customer should have to feel embarrassed, disrespected, or talked down to while spending their money. There are plenty of places with staff who know how to act professionally — this location needs better training and accountability.

Do better.

Beware of Jennifer

Hello,

I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred during my visit to your dispensary on January 24, 2026, shortly after opening, at the location 12575 A Cleveland Ave.

I was the first customer checked in online. When the door was opened by an employee named Jennifer, her demeanor was immediately unwelcoming. I realized I had forgotten my ID and promptly left to retrieve it, returning within minutes.

Upon my return, despite being first online, I was instructed to wait in the longer line. When I respectfully spoke up, Jennifer responded with a rude gesture and took my card in a dismissive manner.

When my name was later called, I calmly asked who I could speak with to make a report regarding the treatment I had experienced. At that point, Jennifer loudly and rudely yelled in front of other customers, drawing attention to me and escalating the situation unnecessarily.

A manager named Kirk intervened. Before I could explain, the employee continued speaking over me. The interaction was embarrassing and unprofessional, particularly as it occurred publicly in front of other patrons. Kirk appeared visibly uncomfortable with how the situation was handled and provided me with this contact information to report the incident.

I am not writing to cause trouble, but to document conduct that was inappropriate, hostile, and inconsistent with basic standards of customer service. I expect to be treated with respect, especially when raising a concern calmly and appropriately.

I am requesting that this incident be reviewed and that appropriate steps be taken to prevent similar situations in the future.

Discounts you can never use

This company does not care for veterans elderly or people with snap any type of discount that they give you is off the regular price that is already marked down 30 or 35% so your discounts never apply!!!! They do this on purpose so they don’t have to give people a discount for veterans but look like they’re doing something nice for them!

I have been smoking cannabis for 50…

I have been smoking cannabis for 50 years and I have never seen the worst concentration that they sell you in the dispensaries. You have to smoke five times as much to get to the same place you did 30 years ago. The stuff is a joke

Efficient, Knowledgeable, Friendly!

Everyone who works here is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Larry explained the effects of the edibles I was interested in and worked with the computer info to get me the discount. I feel really comfortable going here.

I’m a chronic pain sufferer

I’m a chronic pain sufferer. I am always looking for something to help with the pain.
I just discovered this combo with products I already own:
Rub Walgreens muscle rub on ( in my case) shoulder and neck followed by Trulieve’s THC lotion. Cover with plastic bag and put a heat pad on it
The muscle rub/heating pad is something I’ve been doing for 7 years. Adding the lotion made it some much more effective.
I hope this helps someone.

Yesterday...the Female Manager on Duty…



Yesterday...the Female Manager on Duty of Trulieve Tamarac called the police emergency line and made a LIVE CALL stating that SHE had an IRATE CUSTOMER in her lobby...When I walked into the Lobby she engaged with me and I told her that the issue we had the other day...that I was no longer going to complain to corporate about the issue...that I would like to clean the slate between us...as a couple days prior the issue was one where she accused me of making TWO orders and the actual TRUTH was one of the Trulieve employees as a favor to me (A favor I was NOT aware nor asked for) SAVED one of my orders from TWO days prior...Well the manager in question was rude to me stating that it was my fault that I had TWO orders and I was over my OMMU limit and she was very accusational...as I told her that her system was broken as I did not make that order...she was again rude insisting that I did make that order....But I have every right to assume that the order from TWO days ago does not exist as TRULIEVE POLICY IS TO CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER 24 HOURS, so their system was BROKEN in that the CORPORATE PROTOCOL was NOT FOLLOWED.

Moments later she Read the note on the order from Saturday...two days prior to this event...and exclaimed that this is an order from TWO DAYS ago...Now she realized she was mistaken and I did not make the order that day...she just dropped it became silent and NON COMMUNICATIVE...and she made no attempt to apologize for her FALSE ACCUSATIONS.

She Keyed in my original Order and made another mistake and over charged me for sales items this just amplified the rhetoric and the situation spiraled and I feel she was so non communicative and not trying to de-escilate the situation...anyway...I left that nite with no more incidents or warnings or issues.

The MAIN POINT is the Manager at Trulieve made a LIVE CALL to 911 emergency line and made a LIVE FALSE CLAIM...She stated SHE HAD AN IRATE CUSTOMER IN THE LOBBY and in accuality IF YOU WATCH THE SECURITY FOOTAGE OF OUR INTERACTION YOU WILL SEE I DID NOTHING AT ALL AND WAS NOT IRATE AT ALL.

AN EMPLOYEE OF THE COMPANY NAMED JESSICA K. WAS ON DUTY AND SHE EXCLAIMED TO THE MANAGER "WHY ARE YOU CALLING 911 HE DID NOTHING HE IS NOT IRATE WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS"...AND JESSICA K. WAS NOTICEBLY UPSET BY THE MANAGERS FALSE CLAIM AND TREATMENT OF ME...LIVE AND IN THE MOMENT.

When the police arrived I was Outside in my car Talking to Trulieve Corporate as I was APPALLED at the events that were Taking Place...the Police arrived and were BIASED BY HER FALSE "LIVE" CLAIM THAT I WAS AN IRATE CUSTOMER AS THEY WERE PROVIDED WITH FALSE INFORMATION FROM THE TRULIEVE MANAGER ON HER EMERGENCY CALL...

The police treated me as if I was a criminal...they were rude and accusational as they felt I had been threatening based on her FALSE PHONE CALL CLAIMING I WAS "IRATE" (VERY ANGRY)

ONE POLICE OFFICER DEMANDED I STAY IN MY CAR AND DO NOT LEAVE...AND I COMPLIED...ANOTHER OFFICER YELLED AT ME FOR NO REASON "GET OUT OF HERE WHY HAVE YOU NOT LEFT YET"

The point being that the officers where all worked up as they felt that an EMERGENCY CALL HAD BEEN MADE AND CLAIMS OF A VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER WAS THEIR EXPECTATION...

But I was not angry with her and in fact if you watch the security video you will see I WAS NOT IRATE INFACT I WAS TRYING TO MEND WHAT EVER FENCES WE HAD FROM THE PRIOR DAY.

I FEEL THAT A FALSE CLAIM FROM THEIR MANAGER...SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED...AS IT PUT MY LIFE AND THE LIFE OF THE OFFICERS IN DANGER AS THEY WERE PLACED UNDER FALSE OVER AMPLIFIED CIRCUMSTANCES...

I want to be clear Their manager NEVER EVER ASKED OR TOLD ME TO LEAVE THE BUILDING...She just Called 911...IT WAS ALL VERY IMMEDIATE AND CONFUSING

THE EMPLOYEES AT TRULIEVE ARE VERY NICE AT TIMES AND VERY SELF RIGHTEOUS AT OTHER TIMES AND THEY ARE MISTAKEN AT TIMES.

Final Note: Earlier that day I was on the phone with TRULIEVE as my app did work and that phone call was an hour where FINALLY someone fixed my problem...and Also earlier that same day I bought something that day and they sent me home with the wrong product...and I had to go back and the Manager Made me the Bad Guy there too. I was wrong here with that employee and we had a disagreement as I wanted the display Item and he could not provide it to me...I even called corporate and said I understood after a lengthy conversation with them...which I admitted I was a little childish in my request...But again TO TRESPASS ME FOR SUCH BEHAVIOR SEEMS A LITTLE MUCH.

It took 30 minutes to get the order

It took 30 minutes to get the order. Then finally when I got it they stapled the bag closed so I couldn’t see it. When I got home and open it the seals were busted. The weed looked like it had been swapped out with dry crap weed. Someone forgot to put the moisture bag in when they swapped it. Unfortunately, I live 2 hours away. Check your seals before you leave.

Sticky lid cover with ground flower

I would hope that they would come up with a non sticky protective film when you are buying ground flower. If for any reason the jar is tipped over, a lot of the grounds stick to the lid cover, which is a loss for me because you can't scrape it off. Please perfect the packaging. Thank you

This place is a buzzkiller

This place is a buzzkiller. I get scolded for putting my ID on the counter. Then got overcharged by 50% w/o worker noticing (not first or even 2nd time), then asked to use my points and got ignored. Trulie horrible place, I wish there was an alternative here, closer than muv

Amazing place and employees

First, I would like to start off with the location is absolutely convenient for me close to my house. They always have what I need in stock, the deals are absolutely amazing. I am a regular I deal with Kristy 95% of the time and she is phenomenal. Amazing customer service., polite, always make sure my needs are met. I will absolutely be returning to this location.
