Outstanding service delivery came pretty much the next day !
Beautifully wrapped and an absolute bargain aswell beautiful trousers in the sale

Ordered 2 crystal ice buckets, arrived quickly, well packaged with absolutely beautiful care and style that was greatly appreciated upon opening. Full tacking given and this had an option to divert to click n collect which I took full advantage of. I was so impressed with the quality and style of the ice buckets that I placed a 2nd order fur 2 more. Again…sent out the next day with full tracking. I will be collecting tomorrow. Thank you to whoever packed my order with such detail and care.

The delivery through Royal Mail failed and the tracking status never changed. I got in touch and the customer service was excellent, they shipped the item through DPD and I received it same day.

I was very disappointed… The garment came and there was nothing wrong with it but it was way too big… I requested a return on two occasions and never heard anything back whatsoever. I am now left with a garment and it doesn't fit… The returns system clearly doesn't work… Very disappointed ☹️

Ordered wrong size. Returned next day (confirmed by Royal Mail). Been chasing customer services for either a refund or exchange for 4 weeks now. Wife is upset because it was an anniversary present. What a shame. Sadly I can’t recommend this store.
