The service has been great so far. Very quality sitters whom I felt very comfortable with. It was easy to get set up and I love the fact it is one yearly subscription and you can have sitters as many times as you want for no extra charge.

The platform is very good organised, I appreciate much the try search option, as it is possible to indicate exactly the preferences. Also, the describing part is very useful, it allows to learn much about the responsibilities and accommodations.

I am a new user and Trusted House Sitters is a godsend! I've had two sitters, both for 10 days to 2 weeks and it worked out so well. They took excellent care of my Pittie Pearl, and left my house immaculate. I will use the site again when I need longer stays. It was not hard to learn the website. So far so good! I have recommended to others.

We were able to interview a number of qualified and experienced people to house sit for us. Those people were professional, on-time and they kept our house clean and our dog well looked after. We were able to take comfort from the background check that TH does.

I saw houssitting which I wanted, so I created the profile, paid the fee and gues what - all nice sittings disapeared. They just bait you to get money!

Everything went smooth and seamless. Great platform to meet some nice people and amazing pets

Trusted Housesitters is a great addition to my life. I adore animals and enjoy traveling at a peaceful pace in homely environments. TH offers both of those things.

THS keeps recommending sits and filling my home page with sits in countries I would never visit, saying "we think you would like this sit". There is no way to filter out these countries and I miss opportunities in other places.
Also I get notifications of "new sits" only to find it is an old sit re-listed.
Both very easy fixes for THS

We had a wonderful house sitter. She was conscientious, thoughtful and understood our needs and met them.

It was hard to find someone because we have a llama and alpaca and the form only covers horses as livestock. People who know llamas will tell you they are less work than cows or horses.

I was hesitant to have someone who was bringing their own dog since we had two, but the house sitter's dog was well-behaved and very social. It was like doggy vacation with a new friend here. We appreciate her communication and that she walked them daily.

I hope she comes back!

My daughter and I have only just started using Trusted housesitters and we are impressed how easy it was to navigate and communication is excellent not just between houseowner/sitters but the admin team as well. The cost of joining is recovered really in just one sit, got to love the value.Looking forward to trying the Overseas section, look out World! Pat and Kate are coming 😄

This was our first experience with Trusted Housesitters and we couldn’t be more pleased.
Sandra was just the best thing that could have happened for Monty. She had an instant connection with Monty and they both seemed to have enjoyed their time together.
Our trip was more enjoyable as we felt very confident knowing Monty and our home was in very good hands.
Sandra sent updates and photos. She was working remote but able to work with Monty’s schedule.
We have additional travel planned and have sitters scheduled and have good thoughts that we will be hopefully as happy as our first experience.

the Website is amazing and the instructions on what and how the information should be presented to use this service was great - the ability to manage applications, sort and filter and then the support materials was very very good

The website is easy to use. Not complicated or over designed and I can quickly find what I want. When I've chosen my sitter, Housesitters manages the other applicants so I don't need to turn them down.

THS site is very user friendly and easy to navigate through. Each site is explained fully from the over/housesit owners and there are such wonderful opportunities to sit around the world I highly recommend this site

Great experience and so much better for our dogs than kennels

My experience being my first time to use trusted pet sitters was excellent spot on. I’ve applied for many jobs and so many of them have not responded at all and it’s been months. This lady I applied and within days she wanted to FaceTime and immediately we clicked, she knew I was upfront and honest, and I felt the same about her. She was over the top kind helpful we were new to the area. Lots of recommendations couldn’t have been better.

This was our first time using Trusted Housesitters and we had a great experience. It was relatively easy to find and book a sitter and customer service was helpful when I was finally able to find the number to call (finding the number was a bit of a challenge). Our sitter has great reviews and she did an amazing job looking after our place and animals.

This was my first time used TrustedHousesitters and having provide the welcome kit questions for me to complete was super helpful, some of those I had not considered. I also like the auto generated time sensitive reminders.

I really appreciated all the information that was provided, being able to read reviews and knowing that the sitters were all background checked and verified. This is an incredible service for home/pet owners.
