We have had very good housesitters from your website, although I have heard of a few others who have been let down last minute - fingers crossed, not us! Our last one, which was 27 - 29 October, was brilliant.

We struggled to get a sitter for an unknown reason but thanks to excellent customer support we were matched with the best sitter we could have dreamed of.

Love the idea of the platform! Just shows how an idea can come true. This has been a gamechanger for me. Also the team behind THS work on improving the platform and user experience which tells you something about their commitment to the users.

Great sit in Downton. House and dogs were as listing said. Communication with owners was very good and efficient even when they were away. House and dogs easy to care for, dogs very well behaved and calm. Great local walks and amenities. Surrounding area beautiful and great to explore.

We are very happy we signed up with Trusted Housesitters. We matched up with the perfect person to leave with our dog Bumper while we traveled overseas. It allows you to go away, knowing your loved pet is being looked after in his own home with a trusted person. We would highly recommend you put your trust in this, with your loved pet.

This was the first time leaving my home and boys without feeling stressed and overwhelmed. I was able to actually relax on my vacation without the worries of what was happening at home. Thank you, THS for allowing this to happen.

We have had five sitters so far and they have all been fabulous! The people who have been our sitters have been easy to communicate with, responsible, loved our pets, and we’re always tidy. This is such a great program that we have recommended it highly to several of our friends. We can’t wait to retire and become sitters! Sometimes it’s a little tricky finding out the membership level that we have on the website.

Mostly clear instructions, which I found helpful. The online help is very average, a human would have been better.

I was put onto this site by a friend and let me say it was the best thing. The ease, convenience and peace of mind that sitters are verified is reassuring. The app is easy to use. Highly recommend it.

Just off an idyllic housesit with easy-to-manage pets and super-communicative homeowners. I've used Trusted Housesitters for the last few years. I have always found them available and helpful. I do recommend their Premium Sitter membership; you may never need it, but if you do, the additional help they offer with Premium is well worth the cost.

3 stars because of the recent fee that has been added on top of the annual fee. Why not just increase the annual fee? Since I rejoined I am not happy with the new payment structure. Also can't afford to pay for the premium plan.

The platform has been great to me and I really have enjoyed meeting wonderful people and traveling. Once the next renewal starts I will cancel. It is extremely unfair to charge an extra fee each booking on each end. That's an extra $34 per sit they're making. Pretty greedy in my opinion. Wouldn't recommend for this reason. otherwise yes a good platform. But that one thing has completely ruined my experience.

I had a question about my membership and the support that came through an email response was so helpful, genuine and sincere.

I booked a house sitter three months in advance and 22 hours before my departure to Europe and 10 hours before the housesitters were to arrive - they cancelled. The response from Trusted Housesitters is all bots - there are no human beings for support. "we will put your trip back out on the platform and maybe someone is will be interested" All this within 24 hours of departure. There is no phone support - no accountability for their so called trusted sitters.

This was my first experience , and I only knew about it because of one of the girls that sits for you. I was very pleased with my sitter , and my dog was completely comfortable with her. She left the house in perfect condition and felt comfortable staying there, i believe.

Great service, finding a sitter can sometimes be a little stressful for me as I worry I will not get someone and then worry they will not arrive. But, I have used TrustedHouseSitters for 5 years now and only ever had 1 cancellation and 1 bad experience. The rest of my site went fantastically and we use the service once to twice a year

Within 24hours of posting my sit I had 5 offers to choose from at least 3 of which would have worked out well I believe. Our first dog sit went ahead without a hitch and I would have no hesitation recommending Trusted Housesitters. Like other service exchange sites each side is reliant on their reviews for future exchanges so risk is very low. For 140 odd euro it's a great option as I have had the dog minded and I don't now owe someone else a favour!!

TrustedHousesitters can work well. I have had a couple sitters who were not good though. My last one was perfect. Reviews are important and help but I also had a sitter who had many 5⭐️ but she was not that for me. I dothink TH is overall an excellent way to exchange travel, homes and pet care.
