The renewal cost for my EV cert from another supplier was almost double the cost of TrustIco, so switching was a no-brainer.

I got a bit lost during the order process, but the TrustIco staff were on the other end of a live-chat support tool on the site and were prompt and very helpful. The same level of support was available when the fax for acknowledgement of EV cert responsibilities failed to transmit clearly and they provided clear instruction for an alternative way to provide the data.

The automatically generated emails that show progress of the order aren't pretty, but they contain good instruction and so long as you read them from top to bottom they make sense.

I saved £100 for my employer, so I am especially happy!

Despite having an account with Trustico and purchasing several certificates a month, we still have to enter all the same details into the order form every time. Why can't we login and use the same details like you can do with any other E-commerce service and also be able to renew certificates with the click of a button. Come on Trustico, give us a proper customer control panel and simplify the ordering process please!

Does exactly what I need without the stupidly inflated prices charged by some SSL certificate providers.

I completed on line and did so incorrectly, I emailed once I had confirmation and this was immediately corrected with no fuss,

I ordered a certificate. Went though the whole setup and then was denied at the end for the free certificate.
However, I was told I could still pay for one.
Waste of time and energy.
My opinion is the free certificate is just a scam to get you to pay for one. There is no such thing as a free cert.

I needed a new certificate in a hurry for a work site providing remote exchange access so I just wanted something that would satisfy the browser and various remote exchange clients (iPad, Android). Found Trustico via Google without great expectations but everything worked fist time and with ease. In the words of General MacArthur, I shall return to Trustico when I next need a certificate.

this is a very great solution for ordering and having trusted ssl certificates. With simple services panel, noob like me could just simply use it well..

When I recently ordered a Geotrust SSL - I got an email saying that I could upgrade to Verisign and all the reasons I should. I found this really confusing (for a mere no techie mortal) - for the following reasons
1) You say that its an upgrade - so I assumed - I could pay a bit extra and get the verisign logo - but thats not the case - you would cancel my order and supply me with a new Verisign SSL
2) After half an hour with your chat line - your adviser had already told me what SSL I needed
So I really dont understand this upsell at all - seems completely pointless and confusing to us - your non techie customers.

the service i recieved from the UK division was impeccable. I only deal with one Representative and she knows exactly what we need, epecially when we had to transfer over to another service provider whilst going through the renewal of Geo+EV certificate, was done very quickly with little fuss.

Fast and efficient service, made one call to renew, followed the instructions provided and all done in minutes.

I needed a ssl certificate for my new exchange server (first time I've set one up so I needed a fair bit of assistance in choosing the right product and setting it all up) and Trustico were fast helpful and easy to work with and also offered good technical support for the installation of the SSL certificate.

Ratifying our company and domain wasn't straight forward but we found Trustico support to be helpful - whoever we spoke to.

Was a simple process with no hiccups. Had an SSL certificate within minutes of entering my details.

It took me ages to find out how to compile the certificate into one CA bundle file.
In the email, the only CA certificate was Rapid SSL but there was no root.
GeoTrust certificate was hard to find.
I guess you made it hard for standard users to do it so you could sell them some support.
Anyway I've done it myself. I suppose I'm satisfied with the cost of my certificate.

I used Trustico to purchase a basic SSL Certificate for my E-commerce website. The Trustico website was easy to use and instructions were available to suit my Plesk Management system.

I also saved about 50% of the price compared to buying the SSL certificate direct from the issuer.

The system was quick to send me e-mails and I had the certificate installed in under 15 minuets, with all the instructions provided. Very happy with my purchase. Would recommend.

Good value (much better value for money than some other providers) with a quick, efficient ordering process (and great customer service behind the scenes).

Good workflow that was easy to follow, with clear installation instructions.
