After explaining what I needed to do to combine 2 certificates, they sorted it out and sent me exactly what I needed. No complaints, very happy.

I tried to set up a trial for a client to demonstrate the benefits of having a SSL certificate over their self signed.

The "order" was cancelled without explanation and with no notification. I had to log in to check the order progress in order to find out it was cancelled.

I had to use the online chat to ask why the order was cancelled and I was fairly tersely told that the order failed a security check and would need escalation, and escalation isn't done on trial orders and there was no suggestion on how to move forward.

The client has since had a trial and placed an order with another provider.

I've been using Trustico for the last four years, used tons of other SSL providers before - none of them are as easy to use, quick in process and value for money. Seriously - the best place to get your SSL certs hassle free and at a very good price.

I think I got what I wanted in the end. I had to go back and forth a lot checking the words meant what I thought they meant. Sometimes they didn't.

Ordered a Rapid SSL certificate, having verified the domain the certificate was delivered via email within a few minutes. I had it up and running on the server within half an hour of my starting the process.

I have previously purchased the same certificate type numerous times from the company that hosts my servers. It's considerably more expensive than buying from Trustico and takes a lot longer (there must be a manual step at their end as this is very variable).

Anyway, very pleased. I'll be back for more in the future.

I get all my SSL certificates from Trustico. The purchase process is very good and clear, certificates are created and despatched very quickly. The customer support is very good too; as is the price matching service, Trustico will always match a competitors price. Trustico also send out email reminders when your SSL certificates are due for renewal; it's easy to forget to renew SSL certificates and you suddenly find your checkout process no longer works!

I had a problem initially because I was using their renewal service which automatically generates a CSR. I did not know that the certificate I was renewing was in fact signed with a pretty old private key that was too small for the latest certificates. This meant that their Auto generated CSR private key did not work with my server.
When I found the problem initially they were not helpful and indicated that I did not take their insurance option so I could not re-submit a fresh CSR with a new private key.
I considered canceling the order and found that they only accepted cancellations by Fax, a practice which I find irritating.
In the end I explained the situation to someone on their web chat support service and to my surprise they had the common sense to allow me to try a new CSR which worked fine.

Being with them for a few years now, I have always been satisfied by their service. Great price, great products and great customer service. A+

It was quite easy to order with Trustico and their customer agents were very helpful. I got my certificate in 20 minutes!
