Good customer service
My experience of the product wasn’t nice however their customer service was good. As the products are from China if I had to return them the cost would be high & would take a while. They offered a 50% refund which I felt was very reasonable. They also wanted to find out what could be done better & took on my suggestions. I’m definitely happy with their customer service.

The item (wild tornado sink&drain cleaner) I've ordered is not working. Inside the bottle is a powder what is like a washing powder, doesn't work at all. I've tried to contact the customer service several times but no response. Over two weeks of trying I just give up. Not recommended anyone buying the product.

I bought this high pressure water gun after seeing it on YouTube that it is supposed to clear everything in one go .it is rubbish my hosepipe is more powerful than this. I have also emailed trustpick 3 times now to send it back and had no reply whatsoever. I cannot recommend them at all

Not as advertised
Unwittingly ended up buying 2 hosepipe spray spouts that Trustpicks advertised as being as powerful as pressure washer. I received a confirmation of purchase and waited for tracking number. Nothing. I tried the contact emails but all bounced back ( almost like the company didn't exist).
I have waited 15 days and finally they have arrived. I decided to test the jet hose on my company van.
Rubbish. This product does not have the power to clean moss from patio, road dust on a vehicle.
Please don't buy this Chinese piece of rubbish. Save up your money and buy a pressure washer but definitely not one made in China

I don’t normally leave bad reviews!
The product I received was nothing like what was advertised. It has a very cheap and badly cut plastic handle. The adverts made it look far better than it actually is, and in hindsight they seem heavily AI-generated and pretty misleading.
I contacted them to arrange a return and refund and have heard absolutely nothing back. No acknowledgement, no update, no response at all.
Poor product, misleading advertising, and non-existent customer support. I wouldn’t order from them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
