Daylight Robbery
This site is a road because I have bought a steem iron, which leaked and never worked. Also, I bought a neck and shoulder warmer that didn't have a speed button. If you take it out of full charge it dies. I paid £45 fo it and £36 for the steam iron. There's no customer service so you spendt your hard-earned money and items don't work. In my opinion, they must return the customer's money and stop buying from this company .

Very disappointing product. It does not work anything like the way it does on the promo video and basically, an expensive item which is not fit for purpose. I have already requested a refund but no reply as yet. 🤨

AVOID!
1) What went wrong: Everything! but specifically:
a) The “express insured delivered” order took over 6 weeks to arrive despite several emails - none of which were answered by the “customer service team” - or anyone else for that matter. Nobody picks up the phone either.
b) The delivery tracking code supplied was not recognised by “the courier” - which is also un-contactable.
b) The goods supplied were not as advertised or ordered. Advertised high pressure “jet” hose fitting with “solid brass components” for just short of £20 arrived as a 100% injection-moulded standard plastic hose nozzle, worth about 50p.
c) Had I known of this “company’s horrendous performance record at the point of order, I would have shopped elsewhere. The problem is that you don’t get to know that they are involved before you’ve placed your order and paid for your goods.
Review update.
I have received a refund - along with a generic apology email - which (unsurprisingly) is word-for-word similar to other generic responses posted from this company to the many complainants listed against them on Trustpilot.
I will avoid dealing with this company again. Utter shambles. Recommend look their name up on your web browser / AI platform…Scary! All they’re after is your name / address and payment details.

Where is my order please
One of the products I ordered gave a delivery date, followed by an email saying my product had been shipped. When I tried to track , I got the response that my tracking number was not recognised. Nowhere to follow up !

Delivery took a long time, product arrived in a couple of bruised boxes. When opened great disappointment. product is cheaply manufactured and of poor quality I would not recommend it to anyone, mine is going in the bin.
