first Class customer service and product quality
I contacted by email twice to inform you my address had changed provided the new address, and got no response and was delayed as it was sent to the wrong address
The customer services contacted me immediately following my complaint and re-dressed the issue with an apology and a refund.
I would also add that the products did arrive and the products ordered were first class and no complaints on product quality

I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. The peeler and shredder took over 3 weeks to arrive and it is absolutely appalling. Nothing like the fake photos, descriptions or videos. Paid over £23 for this tat, only to find they sell it on Temu for £2. It is blunt as anything and absolutely tiny to what they show. There is an email that never responds and I think it’s an absolute scam. Will be reporting them to Trading standards. I would warn everyone not to waste their money, believe me, a butter knife is sharper than this rubbish. Scam company with scam and fake products. Another one of Pinterest rubbish!
After reading their response and trying to deny my custom, my order number is 2426694.
It’s funny how my emails were ignored three times but an honest review has your attention.

ABSOLUTE CON!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I have requested a full refund. I watched the effortless advert on YouTube and was convinced. The peeler and shredder arrived and were considerably smaller than the ones being used in the advert. A total misrepresentation! The shredder has far fewer teeth than the one used in the advert. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST PURCHASING THESE PRODUCTS!

I should have known better…
I should have known better but on impulse bought a peeling knife and shredding knife from this lot. They were touted as being easy to use for people with arthritic hands, as is the case with me. They took over two weeks to arrive, and when they did they were the cheapest rubbish I have ever bought and simply didn't work. Blunt and badly designed. I looked at the returns and refunds policy and found out that "discounted products" did not qualify for a refund. These were. So within ten minutes of them arriving I threw them in the bin, rather than waste my energy on trying to get a refund. I can't vouch for their other products but these were utter rubbish, don'r waste your money. One star is generous by the way. It's about time Trust Pilot gave the option of zero stars, which would have applied in this instance.
