Bought with recommendation of their own advertising, top athlete 🙄 swears by it re pain relief
Does absolutely nothing for me. even doubled the 1ml dose

annoying as paid out for the 5000mg 100ml bottle
Tastes like lemon cordial is the only upside .
Get an instant relief at 66mg from trip though,
then immunity to it can kick in after a few days, so stay off it start again.

Shocking customer service - no product
I placed an order 4 weeks ago and the order never arrived. I emailed their customer service team and was advised repeatedly that my order would be shipped next day. It still has not been shipped. I have now requested a refund. God knows if/ when that will be sent. It was a dreadful customer experience, poorly handled now v disappointed.

Delays and hardly any updates on when I could expect my order
Waited since November 2022 for my order - no communication unless I chased it up. Replies to my emails were fairly prompt, however it would have been nice to receive an update without me constantly asking for one. I was offered alternative items however I did not want these. I appreciate that there have been issues receiving the item from the supplier, however the item I ordered was (and is) still for sale on the website. Either new orders for this are being fulfilled before previous orders, or money is being taken knowing that there is still a delay and a backlog to fulfil. I ended up requesting a refund and had to wait a further 5 days to receive it.
It is disappointing because the products are good, but the delays are enough to make me shop elsewhere in future.

The oil seems to work for me. I take it at night. It relaxes my muscles. I have chronic pain due to osteoarthritis. My back is particularly painful due to stenosisvof the spine.

The product is great but the packaging…
The product is great but the packaging was terrible. The bottles were loose and one was broken and another missing. The packaging was covered in CBD oil. Usually they come in a brown tube - ideal for gifts and - at worst- bubble wrap. These bottles were in a few foam pieces, and not protected. More are being sent - I hope!
