Would give negative stars if possible. My mom wanted to order based on a Facebook ad. I was skeptical, but helped her anyway. I had questions about where the vitamins were produced and could not get a straight answer even after 3 emails and specifically asking if the items were produced in China. Red flag #1. Then like all the other reviews, shipment took FOREVER (probably because it was shipping from China). We got no confirmation email and no tracking. We had to reach out several times. Then, like others, we were apparently signed up for a subscription we knew nothing about. We did not sign up for an account, we received no emails, and never got a confirmation or reminder. When we noticed mom’s card had been charged, we reached out and of course got no response. We eventually contacted the credit card company and disputed the charge and got our money back.
If you are considering purchasing…please please please do yourself a favor and read all the reviews!

I have sent 3 emails asking when my delivery will be,1 email was answered saying in transit,2 emails ignored.
I still have not received my order or had advice when i can expect it.

Noticeable difference in the reduction of spots in my vision

Company should stop charging people's credit cards without their consent period. This is not right and ok.
I don't recommend anyone dealing with this company.

After the first purchase this company charged and mailed 2nd batch without my consent or wish. I did not create an account on their website or checked anywhere that I allow this company to continue charging my credit card.

Ordered this product and I'm still waiting three weeks later for it to leave the host country.Keep getting fobbed off with pathetic excuses.Total scam.

Absolute scammers! Purchased once, i then see a charge one month later for over $500. Contacted them via email and via the website page as there is no other way. I've now sent approx 18 requests to refund what they have illegally taken and to cancel a subscription that I did not sign up for. The responses are generic. This company needs to be shut down!! I would not even give this company 1 star. I wish I'd read reviews. Don't make the same mistake!!

I received my first order and now am receiving a monthly subscription charge without any products. Tried calling the phone number and it's disconnected. Emailing them to stop and just getting an auto response that they know my vison is important, blah blah blah. STAY AWAY BIG SCAM!!!!

Confirmed I’m still experiencing foggy vision after three weeks of taking ovation, but it did not clear up my problem. Completely progress is minimum advance.

Shockingly bad customer service. I didn't even bother to try the product as I believe the whole organisation are just scammers. They illegally started a subscription and I am currently fighting with them to get a refund! Keep away!

How can I rate your product when I have not received it and I ordered it November 12th. You have my money and I have NO product. I was very hopeful when I ordered your product. I have NOTHING to judge, and I feel there is something strange going on.

Had the exact same experience as others couldn’t cancel the subscription they were giving me stupid excuses. After threatening them with Trading Standards they finally gave me a link to cancel - the website /a/subscriptions/manage/ - as the site doesn’t say it is a subscription - avoid them at all costs - had to cancel my card because they wouldn’t stop!

SCAM COMPANY

My mother purchased an item for 60 pounds after seeing a facebook ad. The website is full of AI photos and fake reviews, with false claims. I was charged a month later, without being told I was unwillingly signed up to a subscription. After countless emails, they continue to respond with generic copy and paste messages, not allowing me to cancel. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!

Stay well away. I made one order, I did NOT subscribe yet they keep taking money - I requested via many emails could they stop and they continue. This is a SCAM - I no longer trust the product as they are so shady. They pretend you have subscribed then refuse to cancel the subscription. I did NOT subscribe. THEFT. Stay well away. I have had to freeze my card to stop they taking my money without authorization.
