Had a terrible experience Ordering.
Had a terrible ordering experience so i am going to comment on that not the product.
Discovered the company from Marketing ad and spiel they had on a news ltd media outlet this ad and following ecommerce process seemed to be based in UK on UKP.( I am in Australia)
Read the blurb and testimonals and proceed to place my for three bottles at £47 ( $73.00 AUD) fine made payment however e commerce portal soon turned into a mess and had add ons coming at me in java GUIs popping up left,right and centre all over the interface indicating to continue order as though i had to choose an add on to continue my order i was thus fooled into thinking it was another stage of my order completion, as the pages were not clear on what was going on.
I was fooled into ordering an add on which i had no intention ordering at an extra £79.00 so total plus initial order at £47 came to (196 AUD)so not a good start as i have been charged far more than my budget for this will allow in cost of living crisis.
They couldnt even rectify the mistake before it was shipped so now i have the hassle of posting it back which i have no garauntee as yet they will cover return postage.
Not a good experience so product when it arrives and I apply it to my scalp, better be worth it or will be back to add negatives about that as well.
I also wonder how many mirror sites this operation has because HQ is listed as is NY USA, however clearly they have sections of the company in UK where their business marketing practices deceptive worthy of complaint.

I tried to place an order for 2 + 2…
I tried to place an order for 2 + 2 sprays total cost being just over £60.00. My bank thought it was a scam and blocked my card. I cleared that up and went back in to the site to pay and low and behold, another 3 bottles of spray had been added inspite of rejecting the offers on the site. I would like just the 4 bottles and a refund on the rest. What a confusing site. I am not impressed - and neither was my bank

Does exactly what it says on the tin
Halo has really improved the condition of my scalp, no more itchy flaking and lumps on my scalp. I have grown lots of new baby hair all around my hair line. I am only using it 3 weeks but I see a difference. To be honest I thought it was just another hype about nothing but it actually is working slowly on my menopause hair. My daughter is also using it due to damaged hair from bleaching and she has had amazing results really quickly. The team where so helpful when I had placed the wrong order, sorted everything quickly and where so helpful and friendly. I honestly can't fault this product even though I truly didn't expect it to work. So I am delighted 😊
