Yes the company did well. I only hesitated because I had to make sure I could afford it. Also I was a little confused when ordering. Experience was great until the end when I wanted to purchase. I don't like navigating through pages of extra ads asking me to buy other things when I'm just trying to get to the check out. I embed up ordering too many bottles without a way to edit the order at the end.

I never ordered anything from them yet they charged me £64.95 which was through LULUTOX another company I know nothing about. Their customer services is a joke, no e-mail or telephone numbers. The only way I was able to get in touch was by answering an e-mail they sent to me which was just full of rubbish. I have now involved my Bank as this is certainly a SCAM company after reading the reviews on Trustpilot. I am determined not to let this drop and save anyone else from being scammed.
The reason they can’t find an order is because I never made one. I have also requested that they arrange to have their package uplifted but to date they have not responded.

Dishonest and ripped off!!! Avoid!!!!
This is, without exaggeration, one of the most dishonest and frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
The pricing is blatantly misleading. What’s advertised bears no resemblance to what you actually get charged — I was hit with more than double the stated price. This isn’t a minor discrepancy, it’s outright deceptive, and judging by other reviews, it’s a pattern.
It gets worse. I contacted them immediately after placing the order to question the charge, and within minutes I was told it had already been shipped. That is simply not believable. It feels like a scripted excuse to shut down any chance of cancelling or correcting the order.
And the product? Completely useless. After more than a month of consistent use, it has delivered absolutely zero results. Not “underwhelming” — literally nothing. It does not work.
This company’s practices come across as deliberately misleading, unprofessional, and predatory. Between the false advertising, inflated charges, and a product that fails entirely, this feels like a complete scam.
Avoid at all costs.

Can't get off their list for over 4 months
Well the product didn't work for me. My issue is that I have tried to cancel emails from this company many times through unsubscribing and sending emails to cancel me from their list. I am still getting emails and I am now considering this harassment. Last email was April 23/26.

My hair has never been thick & I've tried numerous different things, shampoos, dry sprays, powders etc , As I've aged it's gone alot thinner with no weight in it at all. I've been using this just over 3 wks now & I can see quite a difference. I use it after I've washed then towel dried my hair. Spray it all over my head then massage it into my scalp. Either blow dry (best results) or leave to dry naturally. I'm quite impressed & it takes alot for me to say that!
