Purchased several boxes and several months worth of treats. My last box of treats came in a mailing bag. Every treat they sent was smashed and destroyed because it was sent in a bag. Tried to email th... See more

Excellent Customer Service & Neat Concept
I wasn't as impressed at first when my initial box didn't include information about the country, but I contacted the company asking what country the box was from. Rose replied to me fairly quickly to explain that they had tried a different format with snacks around the world (rather than from one specific place), but that they would be returning to the format where the snacks are from one place and you get the postcards, etc. I was pleasantly surprised and glad to see that they responded promptly, explained the situation, and wanted to make it right. Very nice to see!

Just wanted to try them
I was looking forward to trying this candy so much. The 1st order I put in which was above $50 got sent to my Billing address not my shipping address so then I have to wait for it to be sent out again and this package I received had nothing I ordered in it but the one thing that I really wanted to try which was the jolly balls, there's only 3 in here and the rest of the bag is filled with powder it's really unfortunate I really wanted to try those.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! They answered my questions promptly and went above and beyond my expectations. I can’t wait to see the box when It arrives!
Perfect International snacks
My box arrived super fast and I was very happy to see the snacks were from Italy which I visited a few years back. The postcards were cool. I'm excited to see what the next countries will be.

Subscription never arrives
Loved the boxes I did receive. However, I have received 1 box since June. So much for monthly subscription. Have emailed them many times and they only responded once and said they would resend the missing boxes, that was back in September. We are now in October and still have not received these. Have also been unable to unsubscribe to the box. NOT HAPPY!

Still waiting…
I placed an order on June 6th and I’m still waiting for the order. I don’t know how long it usually takes, but since it’s July 1st I got $30 taken off even though I haven’t received the 1st one 😅 I was tracking it and it hasn’t updated since June 17th. I’ll do an update of this later if it arrives or not 😞
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

A monthly joy!
I've really enjoyed Treats so far. They have boxes of snacks - sweet and savory - from around the world. We've received three so far and I've ordered some of the treats from two of the boxes (the other was from Mexico and I live in Texas so those were familiar/are available). We look forward to the arrival of each box every month and have even made the recipes that come with each.

Netherlands Box is the June 2021 box
Netherlands Box is the June 2021 box. This one is pretty cool because I grew up in Albany, NY which has a rich Dutch heritage. It was settled and founded in 1686 by Dutch colonialization. It is also my last box as a gift from my son and he decided to go with the bigger box this month. So, I got some full sized treats. Yum.
The Peppermint Roll - definitely breath mints, reminded me of certs or peppermint life savers without the hole in the center. This is good to stash in your pocketbook when you need to freshen your breath for whatever my come.
Stroopwafels - who doesn't love chocolate, caramel and all that goodness. The Dutch tradition is to dip these in hot tea. I can see doing that, but I enjoyed it by itself. It has some weight to it as well. These normally sell as just the waffle without the chocolate and caramel. But, in this case, the extra heft is what makes it taste great as a stand alone treat.
Lady Fingers - yep, that's what they are and pretty tasty. Good as a midnight snack or dipped in your favorite hot beverage, crunchy, sweet. I would say this pairs well with morning coffee for a light breakfast.
Windmill cookie – too bad there was only one of these. I really liked this cookie. The taste was like a gingersnap cookie and I wanted to eat more and more of it.
Fruit candy by Napolean - these are really good, perhaps my favorite from the box as I could enjoy these all day long. Came in 3 flavors and they were all good. I have had many sucker candies, but this was kinda different. Sweeter. And when you bite into it, it crunches different. These are really good.
Fruitella - this reminded me of starbursts, either the watermelon or strawberry flavor. If you like starburst, you will like these.
Milk Chocolate bar - the first to get eaten as I cannot resist milk chocolate. It was a full size bar and I was really craving some good milk chocolate.
Cheese crispies - they were different, had similar flavor to other cheese crackers I have tried, but the texture was unique. They were thin, crispy, wafery, but had the taste of similar cheese crackers you find in the USA. So maybe the weirdest of the bunch.
Coffee candy - these are also really good and I could enjoy these all day as well. They taste like sweet coffee. Put them in the car or your pocketbook for a quick pick me up. If you love coffee like I do, you will love these. Yum.
Stophoest - these are perhaps the least favorite/worst. I was not sure if I was eating candy, a cough drop, a breath mint, or what. I am not sure if I like them or not. Gonna keep eating to figure it out. With the menthol flavor, these might be more of a medicinal treat. Next time I have a sore throat or a slight cough, I am going to pop one of these in my mouth to see if they make me feel better.

My sons got me a short subscription for…
My sons got me a short subscription for Father’s Day. I had no idea why I got these treats/snacks.
But, I enjoyed most of them. Actually, in my mind it’s not necessary for me to like each one. If I wanted to be certain I’d like a treat, I’d go to the grocery store and buy what I know.
That’s not the idea here. I get to try treats from other countries that I wouldn’t otherwise be able to try. I’m looking forward to future boxes.

I’ve used this service for over a year
I’ve used this service for over a year. It’s legit and every month you get a new country to learn about. Try treats includes facts about the country and even some recipes to try out. I keep my subscription on renew lol if you have kids this is something fun to try. Whenever my package was facing some delay they always reached out and responded whenever I had any questions. Love it!

Tasty Family Fun
We signed up for the Treats box subscription a handful of months ago when we were at home during the pandemic. We were missing our annual travel and had two teenagers that didn’t always want to “hang out” with their parents. Our monthly treat box brings us all to the table as we share the snacks, learn about their country of origin, and rank our favorites. We look forward to many more months of tasty treats!

Liked the variety in the boxes
Liked the variety in the boxes. Each box also came with a description of the country of origin of the treats and a recipe card for a dessert from that country as well

I really love the treats that you guys…
I really love the treats that you guys send my way. My only complaint is that you send them from Nevada to Indians and then to North Carolina. Doesn't make sense to me. Seems like it would be cheaper to send them directly from Nevada to North Carolina, but hey, I'm not in charge. It just delays me receiving in less than 10 or 14 days.
