Waiting forever

I have been waiting for my box to arrive for three weeks now, the tracking just keeps updating to say 'in transit' at the same place it has been for weeks and doesn't give a delivery date. I will be canceling any future orders.

We've checked the shipment of your first box and it seems that we were able to ship and deliver it in a timely manner. The order was placed on January 30th and the box has shipped on February 1st and was successfully delivered on February 18th by our shipping partner.

Please note that it usually takes 7-21 days for international order to arrive.

Still hasn’t arrived...

I ordered the larger box for subscription around December 1st sort of time and still have not had any information for when it will reach me. I have contacted them multiple times to ask for information and they have apologised and said they will send me another email when it will be shipped. That was January 15th and I still have not heard anything. Obviously I have unsubscribed.

After the payment with paypal

After the payment with paypal, out of nowhere there was a 10 dollar shipping added. Cancelled my subscription. So sad, 15 dollar box with 10 dollar shipping.. seems a bit weird, but why didn't they show before the payment.. it said 14,99 dollar with a PayPal button. U see after the payment that they added another 10 dollar, I've emailed for a cancellation of my order.

Finally got it..and it was worth the wait!

Update: I received my box today and was elated! The customer service has followed my shipment through to it coming to my home. It was from Croatia and Serbia. My kids and I all enjoyed opening and reading about and tasting all of the yummy treats. We are looking forward to our next box as I am reinstating the subscription..thank you sooooo much!

I'm hoping that I can update this to a better review. Nov 19th I placed an order and got a tracking number. I waited and then got an email asking how my box was. I hadn't received it yet! I emailed explaining that and got a prompt response saying the tracking hadn't updated and they were canceling the order. They put in another order on Dec 8th. I've tried to enter the number several times and have been emailing back and forth but have yet to get the second box. Then I got another email asking how I enjoyed THAT shipment. I still don't have it. They keep telling me it is on it's way but it still hasn't moved from fed ex. I am really excited to try this box but canceled my subscription as I don't want to be billed for another month and not get that box.
If I ever get that box I will update the review. Until then it has been pretty crappy.

Respectable company

Updated review: I am submitting a follow up review after reconciliation of my initial review. Roger, reached out to me personally to address my particular situation with the delay of my treats box. He investigated my case and apologized for the shipping delay. He also made arrangements to send out a complimentary box to make the situation right. I do feel that this company is responsive especially if their reputation is on the line or being viewed negatively. They have integrity and would like to remain honorable and upstanding in the customer's eyes. I appreciate that so much! Thank you again Try Treats for making us happy!

I am not happy with the delivery of the product. My box has been shipped since July 2nd and still hasn't been recieved. When I contacted their website they responded 4 days later to say their carrier is experiencing delays due to Covid-19. They didn't acknowledge the problem nor did they offer a solution. No perishable items should be in the mail that long. I'm disappointed in this company. I was hoping they would do better and correct the problem.

Hi Mia, I'm with Treats and really sorry about this experience and I just emailed you to follow up to try and make this better. I see your box arrived today and I am just as surprised as you are with the time it took for you to receive your box, I believe this is an edge case and shipments are delayed across the nation because of COVID, but we will be taking further steps to ensure these things don't happen in the future.

I don't believe perishable goods are an issue in this case because the goods are sealed and expiration dates are at least 2 months out, but if there was an issue regarding this please let us know and we will make sure to fix it for you with replacements.

Terrible!!

Terrible!!! Paid for a subscription on April 25th, still have not received anything, they gave me a tracking number, but Fedex has told me that it is not a legitimate tracking number. Emailed company and have not received an answer

Hi Rob, apologies for the shipping frustrations. There were some shipping frustrations during that period due to COVID affecting carriers. The tracking number you received was a valid Fedex tracking number, its just that they have multiple internal tracking numbers for international shipments so it can be confusing. HORRIBLE company

their website is incorrect in regards to when it will ship. I ordered mine April 14th, received a shipping notification April 22nd, and to this day (May 6th) if I click on "track package" it still only says that the label has been created but the box has not shipped! Also, I was already charged for the next box on May 1st, when I have not even received my first box yet. The customer service is awful, you'll be lucky if you get a response from them. I had to comment on their facebook to trigger a response from them. They stated there's shipping issues due to Covid-19, however their website is not updated with this information. Many other subscription box websites have updated their sites with any new shipping info but Try Treats has not. I've already canceled my subscription via their website and am hoping they refund me since their FAQ says they will refund as long as it's before the box ships. But considering the awful customer service I have had so far, I would be very surprised if I got refund.
