TS Gas are easy to deal with, professional and offer a complete service. I am very happy with the work they have done and the team involved.

Tom, the TSGas engineer, came when he said he would, and repaired my gas fire which required replacing the "Mertik" receiver. He had the part in his truck – extra credit for that! All done and dusted in an hour, first class work.

I would recommend the work carried out by TS Gas From accepting my initial enquiry through to payment, good service, lovely people and communicated well at all stages. Fixed my non-flushing toilet quickly and left the room spotless after completion. I would definitely recommend this company.

Second opinion saved over £1000

A repair from another company exposed or caused a slow drip from our overflow pipe. Quoted a lot of money from the original company for replacing a lot of the system. Decided to call TS Gas for a second opinion.

Tom came to triage, was very knowledgeable, and had different solutution for a fix that smaller, quicker and cheaper. The work was booked in for a few days later and completed in a couple of hours by two different engineers, who were equally professional. No leak since.

Very happy with the service and will be using TS Gas again.

My gas coal effect fire stopped working. I originally asked Tom to fix it. It was over 30 years old and they don’t make that sort any more. Rather than buying a complete new fire he was able to get me an insert fire with new coals and all is great. The young man who fitted it was very helpful and very tidy. He also fitted a cowling cover on my chimney pot on the roof.
