I just got off the phone with someone who helped me remove my card information from the account. I too paid for a year in advance. I had been using the service for several years and was on auto renew. My business has suffered recently and we have lost a lot employees. I am canceling a lot of services that my business uses to try and keep my company afloat. I was really disappointed to find out that prepaying for a year in advance means that you will receive ZERO refund if you need to stop your service. I just closed my account that has over $700 as the balance. So disappointing that they won't even consider a partial refund.

Do not believe any of the 5 star reviews. T Sheets is terrible. The interface with quick books is off. But that is probably because the program itself is so poorly designed. There is no way to report on monthly client charges grouped by client. The program will let you pick custom dates, but will then give the dates it has. Add to that the reports given by week were truncated because it can only deal with 2 weeks at a time. The agent said they would put in a report request to see about adding this type of report. Seriously, I am not kidding. You are better off with a pencil and paper than to waste time with what is the most poorly designed program I've seen since the '90's. The customer service people are very nice and will try to help. But when they have to go and spend hours looking for what should be easy answers, you found a real bad program. Save your money.

Using it is ok, but you can’t cancel it on the web, they need to talk to you over the phone and they don’t have time for that. These basic things like starting and ending a subscription should me all digital. Not very nice, the support hours are US time zones only.

You can cancel anytime, that’s true. But if you sign up for the yearly plan they utterly refuse to refund your remaining balance. I used this software for 2 years, they charged the third year as a lump sum. This company is holding over a thousand dollars of my money. Totally theft, I feel ripped off.

The service may be fine if you are set up for it. We weren't able to use it because quickbooks online can't handle multiple workman's comp codes at one time. HOWEVER the disaster was trying to cancel. After I figured it out, it took me three tries to get them to cancel it, and they wouldn't refund it even back to the first cancellation attempt. So, I'm out $60 or $90. I have a feeling they are going to try to bill me for the current month as well (even though I've been able to use it zero.)

T-Sheets is a class act. Their software is powerful and runs without problems. Their Technical Support is WORLD CLASS! Fast, friendly, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them.

So Tsheets app kept kicking my employees off. Tsheets team members kept blaming it on my employees. In order to fix the problem I put in a manual clock and dropped my subscription with them. Upon requesting a refund of $220+, I was told "sorry about your luck, we aren't refunding your money due to our defective product." So heads up, if you read this, look elsewhere. I will be attempting to do a charge back to get my money back from this immoral company. They offer you a discount to sign up for a year, like 20%. Beware, when you do, they withdraw the total amount and send you monthly statements like they are taking it out once a month. Its a feel good thing they do to make you feel better about getting screwed. What's really funny is that they don't reply to bad reviews, only the good ones that are computer generated. A company with a return policy like the one they have, will never have an approval rating like the one they are showing. It's all a false narrative.

Crooks. They are eager to sell. Short on promises! They pretend to give a discount for yearly subscription and they don't tell you its not refundable, Gotcha sucker!!!

TSheets works pretty well once you understand everything that is going on in the app. They make it easy to sync to our payroll provider (Gusto.com) and import the hours. One thing they could do better is giving more freedom to how PTO works so that it can match what we have in our company handbook. I am sure they are working hard on upgrades! Still a better solution than the old school time clock.

BEWARE OF PREPAYING T-SHEETS! Honestly T-sheets was sufficient for what we needed. Ultimately our CRM software integrated time-keeping for no additional fee. That's when the fun began with T-Sheets. BEWARE of the no refunds policy that they never tell you about. It is truly amazing that they offer a discount to prepay for the service for a year, auto-renew that customer 12 months later, then never inform them that if they need to cancel the service there are no refunds for any reason. Let me see if I have this correct, prepay for a service before it is delivered, only receive the discount as the service is rendered, show me a credit balance monthly as it is partially deducted for fees each month, then refuse any credit balance refund when the account is closed and the service is no longer rendered. Seems very much like theft to me.

First of all, I frankly agree with other reviewers; as long as you don't have a problem, TSheets is a GREAT time tracking solution. However, while they preach "integrity" at all levels, it is clear that integrity means something different to them than it does to me.

TSheets offers a discount for annual subscriptions. They should, of course, they have your money a year in advance. HOWEVER, if you don't use your annual subscription, they will give NO refund. This is outrageous, of course, and immoral in my opinion. Even magazines give refunds when you cancel your subscriptions (which have been highly discounted). Thus. much like Intuit, they GOTCHA. They will tell you that this policy (their policy) is fully explained in their terms and conditions, which I can neither confirm nor deny, but that's a cop out (something immoral isn't immoral if you disclose it in the fine print!).

I love the product, but just like Quickbooks, struggle with the business model.

TSheets has made such a difference for our cleaning company. We used to have all of our employees email in every day with their hours. Then those hours had to be manually recorded. TSheets has made things so much simpler and worry free! Thanks!

Really like this app! It is incredibly useful for time tracking and payroll when used with quickbooks.

User friendly, accessible with questions

It's really that simple. I am so proud to refer my clients to TSheets the second they tell me the need or need a better time tracking solution. I know that my friends at TSheets are going to blow my clients away with amazing customer service and an absolutely spectacular time tracking solution that integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks!

We chose this product specifically based on how well the app for mobile os operated. Our employees have found it easy to navigate and manage their time.

Its unfortunate the web browser platform isnt as user friendly. We find the web platform difficult to navigate and poorly executed. Its almost as if it was developed in the 90's and never updated.

I'm an independent consultant who travels a lot to small jobs all over town. TSheets is great for my business. I start my clock, enter a few notes when I'm done and end my clock. Period. It syncs seamlessly with QuickBooks. so when I invoice my customers, it's a matter of clicking a button and my time is there. TSheets' support department is great too. I've had a few questions and even asked for customized information on my TSheets app. No problem. They answered quickly, professionally and delivered what I asked. I'd highly recommend this program to any company who uses QB and needs a remote time clock.

everytning works fine except one of my employees logs in on an android phone and his hours usually don't show up until quite a bit later. Because of this I find I have to scrutinize the timesheets to make sure there are not other omissions.

TSheets is great for managing time, jobs, and GPS info across our workforce. The apps work well for iOS and Android. Time is accurate and the ability to easily manage a list of jobs employees can clock in on is great.
