TSheets has been very flexible in making changes to support their customer base. The QuickBooks Online integration has made this app work nearly seamlessly with our existing workflow.

The two things that keep me from giving it 5 stars is: a) PTO & Holiday don't apply against those items in QuickBooks, and; b) Service Items don't apply across a line in the timesheet and aren't by default billable or not.

I've received good service, and the program is easy enough to learn. One of our user's who compared it with another program finds it clunky /difficult to use in comparison, but the other program did not have an option to track overtime.
Ideally for our company a program like this would allow us to make a custom field or two, so we can gather additional info from our staff that we typically gather on time sheets - if it did that we might switch our whole staff over but as it is, we use it only for those who are on the road and need to clock their time on mobile devices.

Been using tsheets for 6 months now. Cut down my time keeping by 75%. Easily adopted by entire work crew. Would recommend highly.

I can use it on my smart-phone, laptop, desktop computer or chromebook. I can log and book time when called on a weekend, after hours or away from a computer. Invaluable to me, accurate and great customer support.

Not only has TSheets had detailed and immediate customer service when I had questions, the program has reduced my stress considerably. The GPS allows me to know if our employees are going to the correct locations and cuts down on them going home or to their girlfriends house.
The option to change job codes and add notes allows for exact billing and the reports make payday a breeze.

We love the ease of tsheets for our time tracking. We have over 50 employees, sometimes at different locations and Tsheets keeps track of us all. They have superb customer service, any time we need a question answered, they have always given us 100%!

Tsheets saves us time, and money in our payroll process. They have such an amazing Customer Service Team, always available and very knowledgeable.

When I started my independent consulting business, I needed to figure out a way to track my time, both internally and for billing purposes. I use Quickbooks, so it made sense to look for something that would integrate with my company file. I was thrilled to find TSheets. As with any integrated solution, I expected a few stumbles as I got the account set up. I was amazed to find, however, that everything worked perfectly 'out of the box'. I use the iPhone app every day to clock in and out. I pull the time into Quickbooks every week, and invoicing for jobs has become a trivial task. I highly recommend TSheets.

Using TSHEETS has become one of the best decisions we have made for our company. We have been using TSHEETS for over a year now and it has not only simplified our payroll process (FROM OVER AN HOUR of data entry every week down to just a few MINUTES!) but it has provided us the means to accurately track our job costs. This has in turn assisted us in quoting future work and eliminated any delays in invoicing customers and answering any questions about where our techs are at any given moment while on the clock (LOVE the GPS feature!) The techs like using it and it is extremely user friendly! There are so many great things to say about this product but nothing will outweigh the support team on the other end of the keyboard or phone! Great product, great support. Integrates easily into my QuickBooks Online - saves a TON of time every month when I do my billing. Literally paid for itself for a year with the 1st month of use.

I have been using TSheets with my team for about 8 months now (I track on average 2,050 hours per month) and would definitely recommend it to everyone! Any time I have a quick question to ask, someone is right there to help. No long waits on hold AND you chat with someone directly online. The platform itself is incredibly easy to use but also very accurate and reliable. After only a few days of using the Free Trial, I knew this was the program I needed!

Before we found TSheets I was tossing and turning all night trying to figure out what resource I could use to track the time of our technicians, allow notes to be posted to the time sheet and be able to verify the technician was at the location on time, taking care of our customer.

I knew I had a long list of things, but TSheets came into my life and provided every one of these and more! Our company runs more efficient with the use of TSheets and the price is MORE than fair for a small business.

I now have the capabilities of a corporation with the touch of a few buttons. I don't have to mess with paper timesheets, and I have recently used the Quickbooks integration to make our payroll a dream to run.

One more thing, customer service is the best out there, no lie. They love their customers!

The best is that each worker

My employees and I love the fact that they can write notes that appear on my end so if there is something going on with the job, they inform me. I also like the flexibility of giving permission to specific employees to use the mobile feature, along with the GPS feature so I know exactly where my field techs are when they clock in. Would highly recommend to business owners/HR department !

Love Tsheets. It has made tracking time and paying individuals a breeze. The app is simple to use and helps our employees to post tome accurately to clients and services.

Where else do you get field time tracking from a phone, along with Twitter, a phone call or an app. The folks at TSheets have thought of it all...even GPS tracking. I love it and so do my customers.

TSheets is the only time tracking software available with the expert support crew, their mission is to make you better! Don'the wait another minute..

Great product. only limited in two aspects IMO:
1) only two levels of job codes....ir should have more
2) configuration for customer review and approval..not just manager approval
