I have been using this tool for my business for over 2 years. I am able to manage, track, and shift my business activity with my staff. We work remotely, onsite with clients, and in our main office. No matter where we are, we have the ability to track our time so we stay accountable to our clients as well as our company. Thank you TSheets for helping me get this under control!

TSheets is by far the best, most amazing time tracking app out there! The company/customer service is fantastic! If you're tired of your money walking out the door with your employees, give TSheets a try! You won't regret it!

I am a CPA and QuickBooks consultant. I've been trained to track time and for years tracked it on paper. Silly me. How inefficient was that! I had to then enter into my QuickBooks file to invoice clients. I signed up for TSheets and now time tracking is a breeze. It synced my clients and service items - so now, either on the awesome mobile app or on my computer, I can log in and track time by customer, by type of work done and I enter the description of the work done so it automatically populates the invoice when I invoice for time in QuickBooks. I highly recommend. In fact, I became TSheets certified to be better able to help my clients use it.

TSheets is by far the most full-featured time-tracking solution. It is also the simplest to use, for the actual timekeeper to the back-office accounting desk. And it is versatile from a computer desk or on the go. All this, at a very affordable price. No reason and no excuse to not use TSheets if you need to track time. We are accounting software consultants and use it in our own practice, as well as recommend it for clients.

I do consulting and bookkeeping for building contractors, and Tsheets is the only time tracking software I know of that can handle their unique needs. On top of that, they have the best customer service of ANY company I have ever worked with. I love Tsheets.

I love TSheets! The thing that did it for me is their customer service. They don't rush you off. They take the time to hear you out and listen. I mean they REALLY listen. I called in and spoke with this lady named Jessica. She answered all my questions and even took the time to make me laugh. I love it when companies go out of their way to make you feel like more than a number. It's not only the best timetracking software I could find, TSheets has the best customer service around!

I was using paper timesheets for all of my contract workers. We moved it online to a more sophisticated but cumbersome product that was overkill for what I wanted. After hearing about TSheets, I attended their webinars and signed up for a free trial. The customer experience was amazing and we were able to get everyone up and running almost immediately. I went on to recommend TSheets to others and everyone is nothing less than thrilled. So happy to have found TSheets and I will continue to recommend to companies who need to automate their time tracking!

I've been using TSheets for my own business for quite a while now, and it is a really awesome app. Even if I'm not billing by time, I still like to know how much time I'm spending on a project, and TSheets gives me info I need.

It's super easy to implement, and I can use it whether I'm at my desk or on the road, with the Android app. Clocking in and out takes no time, and I can view my time either with reports or import it into QB. When my clients need time tracking software, TSheets is at the top of my list. Support is always super helpful, and if I have a situation that I'm not sure about, they're happy to step in and ensure it's set up properly.

I have no complaints, none, nada, zip. As a "freelancer" I can manage my time record for my clients with ease and clarity, running reports and downloading time sheets with very little effort. You guys keep doing what you're doing 'cause it's working.

Time tracking for gov't contracts is useful. However, Tsheets does not truly/seamlessly link with QBO payroll as I have to reinput hourly billable payrates each payroll. I have to carefully export payroll summaries each time period into XLSx format, reformat total hours, cross check with QBO payroll. Overall, not a pleasent experience.

Also, not clear how QBO chart of accounts fringe benefit_PTO category can truly link to TSHeets PTO function. We therefore don't use Tsheets PTO function.

T-sheets has saved me days of work each month. It's easy to use and downloads to Quickbooks easily. The T-Sheets staff has been great whenever I need their help

Easy to use, flexible on multi platform input with inmmediate and seamless sync, variety of customable reports, a must have for freelancers us me who want to track hours spent and hours to counter invoice clients

PS a pitty that Spanish is not yet implemented

New interface is a huge improvement, and the apps are a breeze.
Would be great if a basic command such as total hours worked on a job was provided, instead TSheets expects you to know or find the exact dates when a job started - it's an inconvenience that could easily be addressed.

Simple and easy to use time tracking. Wether you're a one man show or have 5+ employees this makes time/job tracking simple.

Tsheets works great, its the best timer out there. If I were to have input into the next update, it would be nice to export our time into Quickbooks on a daily basis rather than weekly and to be able to print out the employee's weekly time cards.

For a small business this is a great service. You have access to everything online and can customize it to your every need. You can prevent employees from logging their time except from a specific computer etc..

Just do it. NOW.

My small business needed an easy way to track time for over 10 clients, some with multiple projects, so we could streamline our cumbersome billing process. Tsheets to the rescue! Simple to learn, the ability to run all sorts of reports helps me to accurately and quickly track costs. Invoicing my clients is no longer a chore. Great app...and superb customer support.

I used to spend hours trying to figure out time cards. I did not look forward to payday. With TSheets, I am spending no more than 5 minutes doing payroll. Thank you!
