I am sorry to say very poor experience!
I ordered a product after 9 pm and the option for next day delivery was live and available on the site. I have ordered various items online as late as 10 pm and there has been an option for next day delivery because those companies can actually provide this and have sourced couriers that will deliver, or a pop up will inform customers that delivery for next day is only available when an order is made before a certain time. Nothing like this was provided by TshirtGrill, so I paid the higher cost for next day delivery. Needless to say the item was not delivered the next day but money was taken from my account nonetheless. I do not understand why they have a service active on checkout when it obviously is not something they can provide! The manager's response was very condescending stating "Obviously if you order at 9.30pm in the evening we can only process your order the next working day". This maybe obvious to TshirtGrill as that is how they operate their services but in this day and age it is not OBVIOUS!

The worst online shopping experience I've had in my life. From registration to making a purchase. Horrible experience. I've wasted so much time. I don't understand how purchasing a product should be this difficult. Even contacting them is a pain. I've giving up. Horrible experience

I have given this company 2 stars as I purchased an Abba T-shirt for a fancy dress even and it was delivered in good time.
However the quality of the T-shirt is dreadful and does not look anything like the picture....I could have picked up something better from a Market Stall.
Would I use this company again.....No definitely not

Ordered a Northern Soul polo shirt. After a couple of days I emailed to check on expected delivery date, very quick response from Ashley who provided detailed information. The polo shirt arrived the next day and was good quality and value for money. I would use this company again and the customer service was excellent

Although I'm happy with their service (delivery, product), their acc handling is make me upset. it's not possible to delete my account, I had to read over the site to find it eventually in the pp, i must write them an email, or a letter! to ask.
so i did...now i'm waiting.
But not gonna order from them in the future defo.

I’m going to see Bootleg Blondie. I ordered the yellow Vultures tee shirt to wear. I’m going in that and the outfit she wears for Atomic including a bin bag. It arrived in good time. Really happy with it. I ordered a 10/12 and it fits lovely. Very Happy.

Honestly, tshirtgrill isnt as bad as people make it out to be. They shipped relatively quick, HOWEVER they did not ship to my actual address, they shipped to my billing address, which did make me a bit pissed off but at least i got the package.

Purchased an item on Dec 8th, expected delivery between 16-19th.

14th dec. Received no shipping confirmation, tracking number etc. so I leave a message at their "support centre"

20th Dec. No response, escalate through PayPal demanding a refund.

Same day I get a response with the tracking number. Telling me it's arrived and will be delivered shortly.

I check the tracking number, and its arrived alright. Arrived in Jersey City, USA. Not Tønsberg, Norway.

Can someone get a hold of Santa for me? I got a case.

Big thanks to these guys. I ordered a jumper that was too small, I returned it for a larger size and the customer service team made sure I had it delivered in time for our Christmas do. Amazing service.

Great company for unusual t-shirt designs. order placed arrived in good time and items were great quality too.

Only gave these rude guys 1 star cos there isn't an option for none! Unless you are a professional packer then don't send anything back to them. They dont give refunds if the t shirt gets creased in transit. Very rude too.

Delivery was fast. However, the quality of t-shirt isn't sadly. It was a Fruit of the Loom. Cost of product was cheap. Silly shipping costs. T shirt grill should concentrate on the quality if t-shirt. I'd have paid more for t-shirt if the quality was better rather than expensive shipping costs. Bizarre.

Please please avoid, worst company I have ever had the experience of dealing with, received t shirt and was too small, sent it back and then received email stating they were sending t shirt back as it was covered in hair, received item and no hair on it at all, had to raise a PayPal case against them, SCAM, definitely a scam, they want your money no matter what

Don't bother if you are outside the UK, despite them saying "we ship worldwide" you end up having extra customs and handling costs as they haven't bothered sorting out their post brexit orders. I added this review to the website but they took it off which is poor

Ordered t-shirt on 30/11 (ref Web33377). It has never arrived! chased via email on a number of occasions but no response - but they have taken the money! AVOID!!!!!
