Our experience with this company has been excellent.
Came out and quoted for a new boiler fitted on the Monday.
Fitter Graham turned up on time and did an excellent job. Explained and showed us how to work boiler and thermostat and answered all my questions I asked him lol.
I will have no worries in recommending this company to anyone in the future. There service has been excellent and reliable. This is what people want with a company. The price quoted was fair too. I will use this company now to service our boiler.

Very good. Attended within 24 hours following my boiler breakdown. Repaired on first visit in 2 to 3 hrs using parts on the van. Price quite high but not unreasonable (£300). Had they been able to come on the same day then it would be 5 stars.

TSL heating fitted a new boiler. They came at the time and date agreed. The fitters were efficient and always pleasant. I would have no hesitation in recommending TSL

i recently had some old plastic pipework under 2 sinks replaced and a new Franke sink and tap fitted in my kitchen. I am very pleased both with the result and with the neat and careful way in which the work was carried out.

Engineer Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, skilled and polite, he did an excellent job changing a small radiator for a large towel radiator and we fully believe the whole experience from our first phone call to TSL and completion of the work, the team were outstanding!

We have been using TSL Plumbing for 8 years. In that time they have installed a bathroom, repaired a leaking pipe and most recently helped us in a complex leak investigation. Darren, Mike and Les were amazing in assisting us but most notably was TSL not carrying out work that was recommended by the leak detector company that turned out to be unnecessary. How ethical is that. Every member of the team is polite and helpful. The work is always of the highest standard and at a reasonable price. We cannot recommend them enough.

TSL provided and installed a new gas combi boiler together with associated controls and components. They removed the old boiler, tanks, pipework and storage cylinder. Vulnerable areas of the house were protected from damage and dirt. I am happy to recommend TSL and particularly Graham, who is a very competent and skilled technician who was happy to respond with information to questions raised. He promptly responded to unexpected problems with the shower, low pressure toilet cistern etc. ( he also likes plenty of coffee and if you have them, chocolate biscuits! :-) )

Very prompt timely response from TSL. Identified the source of water leak and gave a competitive quote for work required. Staff very polite,knowledgable and helpful.

Absolutely first class service. Had a problem with my very old boiler. Gave them a call. Within 2 days had a much needed new central heating system. They were so professional. I shall definitely use them from now on for all my plumbing and heating needs.

The company fitted a new boiler in a church for us. We have used TSL on many occasions since moving to Cwmbran 4 years ago and without fail their work has been to a very high standard and always completed on time. I have always found the staff extremely helpful

Had a boiler replaced by TSL last year and recently had our first service, I highly recommend this company they were prompt, clean and offered real value for money. All staff were really polite and helpful from the office staff to the fitters.

I contacted TSL to repair a dripping kitchen tap for my mother. My phone call was answered promptly and pleasantly. Fees were clearly explained and a visit was arranged within 2 days. Plumber, Mike visited at the appropriate time. He was considerate, polite, and tidied up. Unfortunately he was unable to fix the dripping tap and he suggested a new tap. Mother just wanted a tap that wouldn't drip. The new tap was fitted only that dripped as well. Sarah arranged for Mike to visit again to fix the new tap. The drip stop briefly before he left but within half an hour it had resumed. Sadly my mother did not want another visit but I felt that TSL would want to know about the tap. Sarah, promptly responded and arranged for another new tap to be fitted which Mike did at the appointed time. Although a blob of water at the end of the tap seems to be a feature of the new tap it doesn't drip every 4 mins (like the previous new tap). While we hoped for one visit to fix the old dripping tap I highly rate TSL in terms of their response.

Arrived on time as arranged . Very pleasant engineer and did a thoroughly good job on servicing my boiler.

the engineer was thorough and professional and willing and able to answer my questions and concerns.
He further pointed out several items that were the responsibility of others to attend to.
All in all, excellent service at a reasonable rate.

We first used this amazing company after a house fire. They made themselves available to install a new boiler days before Christmas to make sure we could get back into our home. We have continued to use them ever since. Recently they have installed a new boiler, radiators and shower for us. The quote was less than expected and allowed us to have the shower done at the same time. They arrive when they say, they offer a seamless and friendly service, they are respectful when in your home, protecting carpets and explaining what, and when things will be done. Once installation is done they record all serial numbers of all items installed and explain how to use them.
I can’t recommend them highly enough. 14 years of Professional Service that has been faultless.
