While I appreciate the services TSN provides, I found the automatic renewal of my subscription without any prior notice to be a bit intrusive. It would have been helpful to receive a reminder before the renewal, allowing me to make an informed decision. Additionally, not having the option to cancel after the renewal feels restrictive, especially since I am not currently using the service. A more transparent and flexible approach would greatly enhance the customer experience, ensuring that users feel in control of their subscriptions.

I signed up for a 4 month subscription in June to watch the Euro Cup. I cancelled the subscription the next day because I didn't want it to auto renew. Fast forward to October, and it has auto-renewed for another 4 months.

I contacted customer service 5 mins after my bank posted the charge and they won't allow a refund because of "policy" even though I cancelled it, and it billed anyway. Technical issues aside, the customer service rep was unfriendly, passive aggressive, unhelpful, and unsympathetic.

I told the rep that my experience with TSN has been 1/10, and they dismissively replied that they "appreciate feedback and love hearing suggestions!" TSN sucks. Stay away.

I couldn't agree more with the other reviewers. TSN is HANDS DOWN the worst streaming service out there. I got a promotional 4 month subscription to watch pro lacrosse and had tried to cancel my renewal several times. There app is difficult to navigate and it says you must unsubscribe from their Website and not app. I visited the Website and was unable to locate an unsubscribe option ANYWHERE. I tried a few times to unsubscribe but due to the difficulties I figured I would just wait for an email reminder as was outlined in their Terms & Conditions. No email reminder was ever sent and I was then sent an auto renewal email and they had charged me for another 4 months. I called their customer service spoke to several agents and managers and I was absolutely flabbergasted at their poor response and refusal to provide a refund. I understand that they do state this, but I have never had this issue with ANY other streaming service and this policy reeks of a cash grab for unsuspecting people. TSN you're awful, DO BETTER!

I saw an ad for TSN plus that said I can watch every touchdown of every NFL game. And that I can watch NHL games subject to blackout conditions. Which I took to mean that the team whose region that you're living in will not be available to you because of rights. I bought a yearly membership because the price seemed like a good deal. Then I find out that I can't watch any NFL game, only the couple that are playing on TSN that week, and Redzone. And I can't watch senators games in TO region. Will not give refund

App sucks and crashes all the time. Customer service is terrible. They only let you pay annually. I cancelled the service before renewal and still got charged and they refused to refund.

False advertising.. its says ufc and they dont stream it at all and they dont give any kind of refunds.. you pay

customer support is just a guy who do what hes been told .. they wont help they squeeze thay money from you and you will never get it back

DO NOT try anything but watching live! Even then I’ve had the feed randomly dropped. DO NOT attempt to fast forward or rewind. WORST app ever!! Made the mistake of paying for an annual subscription but will definitely cancel.

I got charged without notice and ask for refund immediately and they didn’t send it. They just kept reciting their policies. No respect to customer service. Terrible terrible non existen attention to customer needs or even a sense of fairness and integrity.

Too many adverts. We're missing the majority of the sport content that we pay for because TSN want to show more and more adverts. Greedy and poor effort to please their consumers.

you can not get through a game without it freezing up 6 or 7 times when a Comercial co.e on. Then you have to start from. the beginning. Biggest peice of streaming crap out there

TSN very poor quality video the laliga opening game between Barca and Valencia. With the amount of money they charge for subscription please DO better

The worst channel ever. You pay to watch commercials. The had the audacity to cut the opening and closing ceremony for commercials. Save your money. So disappointed

Charged me without giving prior notice for renewal. Canceled my subscription right after receiving invoice and requested refund but they didn't. Dosn't worth at all. This is zero respect to consumers.

Too many stupid ads which I appear to be paying for.. The online presentation menus are a mess and nothing is labelled. Above all, I signed up to watch the olympics and got the terrible CBC which I detest with their ott WOKE COMMENTARY.

purchased the app today and within 15 minutes it was deleted. every live show was laggy and out of sync some worse than others. brand new tv here with the latest tech, no problems on any other streaming platforms. just wasted $22 such a shame was looking forward to some golf and cfl.

sticky app, bad customer service

I always subscribe to TSN.ca around events such as the world cup etc. Done it for years this way. I subscribe and cancel on day 1 just not to overpay for something I do not need. This time, they had an offer for about 50$ for 6 months or 20 for 1. Naturally I only needed the one. I subscribed for that and remember cancelling on the spot which is what I always do. It's possible that I forgot to cancel (slight chance), and it's more possible that the cancellation did not go through and I did not pay attention for the confirmation.
After a month I get a message that my subscription automatically renewed.
I call them on the spot to try to get it cancelled and refunded, explaining fully all the reasons. The agent kept on referring to the terms and conditions which do state no refund. Companies with bad customer service do that usually, keep referring you to the terms and conditions making sure you know that you did a mistake (possibly my mistake but not necessarily as explained). I explained that i had no intention at all to use the subscription as the Euro and Copa are over, and explained that it's probably an issue with their system or possibly a mistake. I explained that I NEVER got a renewal notice prior to my subscription, something in this digital 3.0 era and with Bell's tech expertise and budgets someone would expect. Nothing changed, the agent kept on mentioning the same thing. Made me wait on the line for 30 min for a supervisor then asked to call me back. Supervisor called back but could not do anything. Both agents were courteous, but obviously Bell would not give them any leeway to help out their customers. Had that same experience with Bell before which made me run away to another supplier that I have been with for years now.
PS: my connection for this app was so bad on my smart TV, kept on lagging, i think because of their bad bandwidth and how many people were connected yesterday (final) and on big matches.

App is terrible, have to watch ads even with a subscription, volume doesn’t work during the 2024 Wimbledon mens final even with tv volume all the way up. Worst sports streaming platform I’ve come across.

They streamed every games on TSN+ except the men's finals of Wimbledon! Is this a bait for you to subscribe to main TSN channel. I cancelled and removed the app.

The TSN app and website are terrible for watching live games. We tried to watch Euro 2024. The app was constantly glitching, pausing, buffering, and sometimes kicking us out completely. It didn’t matter if we tried to watch on our TV or on the iPad. It didn’t matter if we used wifi or data. It was just terrible. TSN tried to blame our internet but TSN was the only streaming that we were having issues with. They were willing to chat and email but could not offer any solutions to the problems that have lasted throughout the tournament.
