Easy to use account

Ideally this would be be free! However, using their easy online system to load credit. Ensures I don't get caught out by forgetting to pay. Have added my whole families cars!

No compassion or reason

The response to my appeal suggests it was read by someone with no compassion and little grasp on reality. Why would I want an account if this was my only ever use of the tunnel? No explanation to my complaint that a day is too short to expect payment within, when there's no facility to pay later with a small supplement. Straight to a penalty charge! Legal extortion

The timeframe for payment is set in the Tyne Tunnel Bylaws, which are governed by Central Government. This timeframe is set to encourage the lowest non-compliance rate possible.

Great Service by TT2 Customer Service

I had cause to contact TT2 Customer Services following my wife having been rushed into hospital. Sue is the account holder, however when I explained the situation the Service Advisor couldn't be more helpful explaining what I needed to do regarding travelling and paying for my numerous journeys.
