Fabulous to deal with. Responsive and patient.

As a first time buyer, I expected this mortgage journey to be a pain in the arduous. But after being recommended Tudor by a family friend, it really hasn’t been that bad at all.

The way they work through the process is very proactive and pre-emptive, so there were no nasty surprises. It’s clear that they have a lot of experience, it felt like they were always 2 or 3 moves ahead of the lender.

Overall, fantastic. Only gripe would be I didn’t get a free Parker pen or a lollipop.

I can’t recommend Sam Tudor highly enough. From start to finish, Sam provided an excellent service and made the whole mortgage process feel straightforward and stress free. He was incredibly helpful, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions I had, no matter how small.
