Our home was up for remortgage, and having been through the process of buying our first home, we weren't looking forward to going through renewing our mortgage. We also knew we weren't getting the best from our money with our current provider and wanted to switch. John gave us reassurance and guidance throughout the process and made sure we knew the next steps. He and Allie answered all our questions and kept us in the loop.
