Excellent Booking experience
My partner and I booked a holiday with Tui, Meadowhall, Sheffield this afternoon. We were very impressed with the help, advice and expertise we received frm Keeley. We had a very tight slot for a ten day holiday and she was so very patient and gave us excellent advice. Will definitely consider usig Tui at Meadowhall again for future booking.

The website was easy to navigate, easy to use and I was done with my booking in minutes. It was going to be great if there was English language option, but it was manageable in German also.

I spent 3 hours, 21 minutes on phone from abroad where your helpdesk was no able to speak properly english as they are outsourced from abroad ( outside EU)!
Sent it total, 18 emails where your booking staff told me: “ he is busy, I had to wait, took them 56 hours to be able fix the issue to not a hotel that we wanted!! 🤦♂️”
I have asked to rebook hotel, sent you list of hotels I will accept (hotels that you offer on your webside) you offered me hotel 200 km away and I had to arrange my own transfer! Not to mention those hotel I asked you to rebook me (I said I will pay the difference in price) were half empty and you were just greedy liars as the price we paid was double what the hotel was charging on their web!
We use “Club Med” where they are always top and service is decent, wanted to try TUI! But never again!!! Was a complete joke and biggest fraud!
Btw your staff sent me you complain web page to send complains so do not tell me you have no record of unhappy customer!

We really liked the Tui travel agency, we felt support and security throughout the trip. The organisation was at the highest level, everything was fast, clear, we were greeted with smiles, it was clearly explained where to go, what to do... We were very pleased with this travel agency, we'll always book through it and put all one hundred points.

Nicola from the Meadowhall store in Sheffield was very helpful, she read everything to me and made sure I was clear on what I was booking, which was exactly what I asked for. the shop was very busy but she still took the time to make sure everything was right before I booked.
